HI , If you do a search for slowness on Illustrator, you will find that there are problems on any version. All that to say that the slowness you are experiencing are not absolutely related to the new version and so it can come: - From the windows or mac session> Test a new session to compare the operation of the software on a new session. - From GPU -> Update graphics card or disable GPU to test - Font Explorer> If you have a one , check if it is compatible with the new version of Adobe. - Plugin -> Check that the plugins you have are compatible with the new version of Adobe - Graphics tablet -> Check that the drivers are compatible with the new version of Adobe For Illustrator, there is a Hotfix released, try to install it: Adobe Prerelease

Hi, To be charged for 5 times ,you have to place 5 orders . If you tried to change your plans 5 times, Paypal will receive 5 requests and if these requests are refused, Paypal will still send you a message as if you have been charged except that no real charge has been taken.

First of all you need to move to Lightroom Classic ,because Lightroom CC is cloud based apps and will not work locally . You need to download all your images from the cloud with the Lightroom downloader and import them on Lightroom classic or to sync Lightroom CC with Lightroom Classic by clicking on your name in the top left corner . Adobe fonts are synced with your Adobe ID and not installed locally .To access the synced fonts you need to be logged with the same Adobe ID on CC desktop for each user account . Hope I understand your question ....

In this case you can see on CC desktop 2 tabs "All Apps" and "Installed Apps" ,if you go on Installed apps tab you see : Premiere pro CC (13.0) -----> Update Premiere pro CC (12.0) -----> Update The first one will install CC 2019 and delete 2018 and the second will update to 12.1.2 .

You need to verify of the 2019 upgrade deleted the old versions or not .To do that go to your program folder and check if you still have Premiere pro CC 2018 and if you can run it . If not you can go back to CC 2018 by installing the version you want : Click the arrow next to Install or Open. Then, click Manage. Click Other Versions. In the list that appears, find the version that you want to install, and then click Install. On the CC desktop ,The 2018 and 2019 versions are called "CC" .If you wants to know which version is you need to put your mouse on it and you'll see the exact version .

If you have a device licenses ,you are not allowed to install CC 2019 versions .You can ask your admin if you have a device licenses and in this case he needs to provide a new package for CC 2018 .
