Flip to Code view instead of Author view to have a look at the underlying XHTML - you might see some cruft in there that's causing it. Compare the RH2022 version to the RH2017 Classic version to see any differences in that source coding.

If you can reproduce the effect with one topic that's been randomized in a new cloned project, that should work fine.

Hmm, seems ideal then for fast opening. The only thing I could think of that it might be doing is testing the links to see if any are broken - that could lead to a big slow-down. I don't think you mentioned what exact version of RH2022 you're running - did you convert using the latest version (patch 5) or was it done with an earlier patch version? It might be worthwhile testing the upgrade again with patch 5.

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood what the issue is - I was getting the impression that @phaedo1732 's tool wasn't handling matrix equations for you. Are you just having a problem with how FM to MIF handles them? I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

Just a thought - is your help on a Unix box? That type of webserver distinguishes upper and lower cases to be different. That's why there's that flag in the output preset for forcing all filenames to be lowercase. That may be your issue if you've got bookmark text in mixed case.

Shouldn't make any difference because externally all you're exposing is the MapID # - then the JavaScript uses that and the .h and .ali files to do the internal mapping to the URL of the topic/bookmark.

Context-sensitive help - it's when an application or webpage makes a call to the RH project's output that you've created and placed somewhere to be called to launch at a specific spot.

As a test, see if path/index.htm?rhmapno=123 works without the TOC switch. If it acts the same, then have a look inside RH to see how 123 is defined. If you've got it pointing to the bookmark only in there, then it's time to ping the RH folks like Peter suggested.

Is it in your TOC? Things changed with the New UI - everything has to be either in the TOC or be referenced by another topic to get included. Another thought - your version is the OG version - there's been 5 patches of RH2022 so far.

If some people are having the issue & some aren't then there's got to be some difference between the working vs. non-working machines. Are they using the same files? Are they all running the same point version of FM2022? Are the ones who have an issue working remotely and are trying to access the content across the VPN to remote servers? Maybe copying the content locally might improve the situation as a test.

I suspect that if you aren't presented with a control in the RH UI for line spacing, you'll have to modify the CSS of the style controlling that paragraph text.
