Was content changed between the original RH2019 Classic project and the current RH2022 version? If not, then you might try upgrading a copy of the original Classic project straight into RH2022 to test it out. One of the sequential updates may have damaged something that's causing the error. If it still errors out after that, then you definitely need to reach out to the RH folks. Are you talking about launching Context Sensistive Help (CSH) in your output? You need all the files and folders that are present in your output folder - deleting any of them will cause it to fail. RH output depends on using JavaScript for it to function. ... View more

I've edited your post to put the image into the page instead of as an attachment - that way is harder for people to see what you're describing. I don't have any designer suggestions other than having a developer look at the coding. Perhaps you need to try out other designs to see if the features you're looking for are present in them - that may give some clues as to what to change in your template. Not sure what you mean by "protect from unauthorized access of my help pages?" - RH doesn't do anything around access of the HTML5 it produces - that would have to be a discussion with your website designer and whatever tool they use to enable user access. ... IIRC if you edit a snippet, it opens in its own topic page - you can add or remove lines of headings, etc. provided you keep the HTML clean of styling. Hmm, don't create PDF output so I haven't really looked at that bit - the fact that it appears on a new project, but not on an upgraded one, maybe indicates that if you create a new preset in the migrated project, it might appear. There should be new options available for the page properties of a PDF page layout templates (such as page size, orientation, layout, background, and footnote) but they are not showing up. If it's just started with FM2019, the first thing I would try is to patch FM2019 to the highest version available and see if whatever is causing the crash has already been fixed. Next thing I would try is loading a trial version of FM2022 on a separate machine and testing it with a copy of your content - if that works, the solution is pretty clear - you need to upgrade.
