Tablets will work with any Adobe Application.   So I have had Wacom, XP-Pen and Xencelabs tablets.  I can say go with which on feels right to you.  I love,  Wacom... but XP-Pen is just as amazing.  And now Xencelabs is here and they will most likely release new Then you have Huion tablets.  ASUS and ASUS ROG have come out with touch screen computers.   Thus, I would not be bound by Wacom as there are so many competitors out there now and some price points are lower than Wacom's.  Granted Wacom is an amazing company. ... Silvia is right... the Education Exchange is where I would look. The courses there are to be done on your own pace.   A few years ago, the Education Exchange offered free 5 weeks classes.  That were brilliant. I like the Neural Filters... but I still feel they are in their infancy.  Just like when Content Aware Fill first came out, it was not perfect.  A few years later and Content Aware Fill is super awesome and amazing.  I think the Neural Filters will come into their own and be amazing too.   Is there any specific one that you want to experiment with?  Curious.... 🙂 ... Oh we gotta get you on the latest version of Photoshop... you are so missing out.  The application has really evolved since then.    Example CONTENT AWARE FILL is finally working the way it was intended.  SKY REPLACEMENT is amazing and that is just the tip of the iceberg.   I know you may have your reason to stick to the older version of Photoshop.  But in the end having the latest version will really help you out.  Plus when you subscribe to the Cloud you get all the new updates... and support is guaranteed.  Whereas, older versions of any software lose support after awhile and many new computers will not run older versions of software. ... Honsestly why do you want to get a Mac?   I used to love Mac... in fact, I was a Mac Fan Boy back in the day. But then in 2014, Wacom provided me a Cintiq Companion 2 that was running Windows.  I never looked back.  I then got the Wacom MobileStudio Pro in 2018.  These rocked my world as I could draw directly on the screen.   Last year I had a desktop PC tower built (with future forward thinking)... one that can do a lot now and even more if I choose to explore new software.   See I am done with Apple.  They want you to buy a MacBook and iPad.  They could have MacBooks that are touch screen or an iPad that could run every piece of software.  Instead they want you to buy two devices.  I figured this out since I work in Marketing and PR... the more you look at Apple the more dodgy they seem.  It is all about milking the consumer for his or her or their money.  No offense to those who still love Apple.... but.... just saying.   You can get a rocking PC for half the price.  Or get a Wacom MobileStudio Pro where you can draw directly on the screen. ... I never post directly to Instagram... Why because I need to tailor the text for each post specifically.  The cool thing is you can upload to Instagram videos over 3 minutes on your computer.  This is super nice.  So all the videos I upload to Instagram, I am doing so from my computer.    Just go on Instagram and choose to upload a video from the video page... and bang you got it. Not sure why you would be using software from 2014 if you have a subscription.  It will be severely out of date and might not even work on all computers running up to date operating systems.   But I am sure you have your reason.  Is there a particular feature you like in this version? ... Theoretically it is still in its infancy.  I would not expect it to work perfectly.   Think about how long it took Content Aware Fill to work as good as it does now.  Therefore, I would not rely on it... sure it works sometimes, but not on every picture.  You still might need to do it yourself by hand or clean it up.   But in a year or so, I hope it will work even better.  ...
