I hear ya. Gen Fill is a long ways from being perfect at this point and I suspect that there will always be (for now, at least) a need to use traditional editing tools to fix what Gen Fill doesn't. I have found this to be the case for all AI programs, even the best of the line.

Not quite sure what I'm looking at here, but I made a larger selection outside of your own selection, used a "." for the prompt, and I ended up with this.

Content Aware Fill and a little touch-up with the cloning tool did the trick for me. I also ran the image through some facial restoration software, (GFPGAN) which I think is a must-do for even the best AI generated results. It fixes eyes (to some extent...the irises still need to be rounded with Liquify), teeth and lips. And noses as well, although it didn't work in this example. The blemish was prominent enough that it probably assumed it belonged there.

There is nothing wrong with aesthetic interest. But the best images, the images most likely to be accepted, will have commercial appeal as well. And that means technical accuracy, especially if you're interested in photorealistic AI. Even the original author of this thread appears to understand this and has agreed that those technical issues are real.

It's a bug. If you search nudes or boudoir on stock.adobe.com, it's obvious Adobe is not purposely being puritanical.

We are not Adobe. We are contributors like yourself so we can't do much for you. This issue has come up a number of times in the past and the theory is that there are too many images IN GENERAL throughout the site that are similar to yours. If you could pose some, rather than provide ID's, it might help.

Playing devil's advocate, how would you propose they go about doing that? Would everyone downloading the beta be granted a free version of Photoshop? Would they have to supply feedback at least once to quality? Two times? Two dozen times? Not to mention we'd probably be asked to beta test the software involved to make sure the right people are getting their free version of Photoshop. And once the give-away was over, we'd probably still have people screaming that, since they participated in the beta program, don't they have the right get Photoshop free forever. It would be a nightmare.

It's a bit dark in the shadows, tammyMLA, and I think the sunlight entering the lens did a number of the flowers themselves, causing loss of detail. That said, getting flowers accepted to Adobe Stock is a tough sell. There are already millions of them available. But good on you for getting ahead of the game and uploading Fall images now before it actually gets here. Keep trying!

Delete the ones most recently submitted would be your best bet. The moderators can miss duplicates. I've found at least one instance where I mistakenly uploaded an image twice and both were accepted. I deleted on as soon as I noticed.

When I first started out with Adobe Stock a few months ago, I uploaded some robotic-type women (oh, the good ol' days of AI) and they ended up in the pending section requireing a property release. The notice stated that I did not need to re-submit the images but that I just needed to add the release to the pending files. So if we're talking the same thing here, I believe such images in question would be thrown into the pending section and not require re-uploading.

Correct. Since you uploaded a few per day, a few will likely be reviewed per day. In theory. I just had two images accepted that I uploaded about 4 days ago while I still have dozens that have been waiting for review for the past two months. So you'll just need to be patient. 🙂

To be honest, I think landscapes or seascapes or anything along those lines are probably the most difficult to work with when it comes to AI. Especially when you introduce a primary subject (such as your boats) to be used in the foreground of such images. Regardless of subjet matter, however, you will normally have to resign yourself to editing AI images. And by normally I mean...always. Note, for example, that @Abambo's critiques all pertain to the boats themselves. If you were to use content aware fill and cloning tools to remove them, rather than spend hours editing them, would these images fare better if the seascapes themselves were the main subject? Possibly, I don't know. But you would be providing a potential buyer the option of inserting their own subject matter if they so desired or just use them as seascapes alone. Anyway, again...you've chosen one of the most difficult subjects to master when it comes to AI. Trying honing your skills using other subjects for awhile (wallpapers, graphic assets, food, animals, etc.) that should provide you with results that are at least easier to edit until you feel comfortable editing more difficult subjects.

"When the average Joe can just type in what they want into a free, quick bit of software with perfect, realistic results (coming within the next few years at longest, judging from the speed of advancement so far) why would we be needed and/or paid to do what we do?" For the same reason people still hire other people to design their websites, even with the slew of easy-to-use web design applications that are available online. They just don't want to deal with it themselves when they have other things to concern themselves with. Things will all pan out in the end. Models will still find jobs and photographers will still find work.

Even the best results when it comes to creating photo realistic images in any AI application requires running the results through facial restoration software. Even then, the ear would need some additional work or hidden under cloned hair or content aware fill.

If you are talking about images that were rejected and now reside on the rejected page, I don't believe there is a way to remove those. If there is, I haven't been able to find it. I simply flag such images in Lightroom as 'rejected' and, if salvagable, I'll re-edit them at a later time and re-submit. But when an image is re-submitted within Lightroom, you need to change the file name or attempts to do so will be ignored.

Enter a period (.) in the generative fill box. Or, better yet, just use content aware fill.

At first, the skulls come across as having the potential for use as a seamless tiled image, which I think would be accepted. And yet it's not, as I can see that things wouldn't line up properly. So that could limit its potential usage for commercial purposes. But just my opnion.

The pumpkin on the left is missing an eye. You should be able to steal one from the pumpkin on the left and flip it horizontally.

Some suggestions. I would certainly encourage you to continue with photorealistic images of people using AI, (especially if they are in professional environments, since those are likely to sell better) but here are some additional issues to take into consideration: Ears. If a large portion of both ears are visible, are they identical in size and shape and the intricacies involved with unique shapes inside of the outer ear itself? I often have to select and copy one ear, flip it horizontally, position it as needed, then lighten or darken it if the duplicated ear is in light or shadow. Eyes: Are the irisis and pupils perfectly round? Usually they are not and require some Liquifying. And take care that the pupils are centered within the irises themselves. Like the ears, duplicate the best one and replace the deformed one. Catchlights. More often than not, catchlights are identical in both eyes. If not, consider removing them and then downloading some free catchlight brushes. Are there any catchlights at all? If not, same suggestion, or just add some white dots on a new layer and adjust the brightness as necessary. Collarbones. AI often has a habit of creating huge protruding collarbones or sharp lines in the neck. Softening them up with Gausian Blur and playing with the shadows can often help correct this issue.

I agree with the saturation issue, but correcting that probably won't help in my opinion. The lighthouse seems almost an afterthougt in terms of subject matter with its attempt to compete with the large mountain of soil in the foreground.

Here is an example of AI getting hands right. Almost. I still had to clone fingernails and reshape fingers with the Liquify tool to get them looking anatomically correct. Fact is, I sometimes jokingly suggest that if one is interested in creating photorealistic people using AI, one should take some classes in anatomy to help correct AI's shortcomings.

If I found someone using my images (which at times I have), I either ignore it or send a request to remove it or at least give proper credit if I can find a way to contact that person. Those are personal use cases, however. If I found someone using one of my images commercially, I would first send a cease and desist request. If not removed, it might be time to contact a lawyer.

On occasion, when a word is banned, I look it up on urbandictionary.com. There are often less than appropriate definitions for otherwise common words. This is an issue that will probably be fixed in time, especially once the bot learns to tale into account the context of the request.
