Hi - Apologize for the inconvenience, there is an issue importing audio files except MP3. We are working on a fix and will let you know as soon as it is available. You may use MP3 files in the interim or install 21.0.7 from Other versions option in the Creative Cloud desktop application. Thanks! Mohan

Hi - If a layer is locked then Oninskin ownt show up for that layer. In your screen shot, the half_clean layer is both locked & hidden. You may unhide & unlock the layer to view the onionskins for that. The white dots on the keyframes indicate that there are frame effects (filters / color effects) applied on them. HTP. Thanks! Mohan

Hi - Are you on a Mac and having the latest Media Encoder installed (15.4)? If yes, there is an issue with the latest update of Media Encoder that it is not recognising the call made to it. Please install Media Encoder version 15.2 and see if that helps. Thanks! Mohan

Hi - Thanks for sharing the file and it turned out that the publish target is set to AIR for Desktop hence it expects the SDK to present. You can extract it on any location and browse to the location in Manage AIR SDK dialog. Once done, you will be able to open the file without any issues. Thanks! Mohan

Hi - Looks like the Publish Target is set to AIR in your file and AIR SDK is needed to open such file. We used to package AIR SDK with Animate in 2018 but it has been removed later on and hence this dialog. File should get opened if you add the SDK by following the steps described in https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/animate/kb/get-started-with-latest-airsdk.html However, could you please share one of the fla file with which you are facing this issue for us to validate from our side?
