Check to see if it's on a different layer and turn it off.   I would recommend a new workflow however. ICAP is an archaic, and problem-plagued method. Instead use a shared Dropbox / OneDrive folder where all assets are shared among the participants.    As an InCopy user, you'd then open the INDD file using InCopy and do all your edits that way. Are you talking about version 19 (InCopy 2024) or InCopy 2019? If the former, it's available in the Creative Cloud desktop app under other versions. Find InCopy and click on the elipsis.   But that's it. Only the correct version on the most recent before that are available. ... View more
