Hi fredan, I think you are talking about Black thin border around the photos in Bridge, and this Black border disappears later. This is a feature of Adobe Bridge. When a photo is open is Bridge's content panel, Bridge first generates the thumbnail for that photo, and then generates the various size of previews for that photo. Bridge shows the thumbnail in Content panel. However, the previews are shown in Preview panel. The black thin border around photo suggests that previews are not generated yet, and the black border disappears as soon as previews are available. You can try the option highlighted in screenshot below to improve the time taken in opening a folder containing many photos. Thanks, Deepak Gupta

Hi All, Can you please confirm that you are using Bridge CC 2017. If not, can you please update to this version and check for launch issue. There was an issue reported with older version on Bridge, on new Mac OSX version. The Bridge launch, the app icon used to jump on dock bar area and then applictaion was quitting automatically after some time (without any UI appearing on screen). Some of these Bridge launch issues were fixed in Bridge CC 2017. Please try this version. Hi Dario, Please try running Bridge.exe as administrator and share your feedback. Just right click over Bridge.exe -> from context menu, select "Run as Adminstrator" Does this make any difference? Don't worry about "Adobe IPC Broker.exe". It will be restarted automatically whenever required, after it is quit. Thanks, Deepak Gupta

Hi traceym7Dmk2, Sorry for this situation. I suspect that Bridge installation is not finished properly. The missing file is included in Bridge installer. Please try un-installing Bridge, restart your machine and reinstall Bridge CC 2017 from Adobe Creative Cloud Application. Please let me know you feedback after this. Hi unevens, Please try following and let me know you observation. - Restart you machine - now login wtih you Adobe ID in Adobe Creative Cloud Application - Kill the "Adobe IPC Broker.exe" (as shown in your screenshot), it will be restarted in some time. - Just after killing the above app, launch Bridge. - Wait for a minute If above does not, please suggest following 1. Are you running your computer in Proxy Server environment (or is it a computer in some organizational network) 2.
