The Cloud Based Lightroom should be ideal for this, with some caveats. From Desktop and Mobile you can share a link  of an Album that the client can view (either with an email invite or just a link that can be shared with anyone). One option is to download Jpgs. You could try the shared album and contribute route, which hopefully should work, you could try this....   Create Album on Personal account. Enable Sharing for that Album. Invite email ID associated to your Enterprise account (if that's possible?) Ensure you give the Enterprise account Can Contribute rights in the Link Settings. Accept email invite associated with Enterprise account and sign in to Enterprise account Add Photos to the Album that’s shared with you from the Personal account.   This will transfer photos over including edits without having to export the photos.   You could transfer all photos to that one Album and sort them from there. However it maybe easier to mirror your Albums in the new account and share each one (although you will have to accept an email for each album). Maybe do a test first. ... View more

I've got LrM on multiple family devices and just log in using my account details. From recollection I don't think there is a decent limit on LrM.   Of course you would have your family accessing the whole Library.  You can invite people to edit and contribute on individual Albums but the comments field seem greyed out and not editable, same with ratings. Do you have sync on in Lightroom Classic? If so, then ALL photos in LrM will upload to the Cloud and ALL will download to the folder designated in Classic's Preferences.   If you choose not to have sync on, then you would have to Export, transfer and import into Classic from there I believe..  ... Looking back at your original screengrab, I assume the Local is what Lightroom sees in it's Catalog (I.e not relating to Classic).   Therefore, I can't work out how a Smart Preview in the Cloud but a Local Original can be achieved.   The drag and drop trick used to work as I did it years ago with a Collection of mine. The local being Original though, is why it won't import again.  Be interesting to see what the solution is for this, who knows, maybe currently imported Originals aren't replacing Smarts in the Cloud. ... As you correctly said, since version 9.4, import is possible on iOS, so make sure that is installed.   If you have tested on an Android and this is linked to the same account then these should be viewable in iOS also as they should sync across (unless they were deleted after the test?).   Could it be that that they are on IOS but just not visible? Can you expand on what you mean and describe your workflow?   Whether you have a subscription with Cloud Storage or the free app, access to your photos is controlled by your personal Adobe ID login.   If you have Cloud Storage and wanted to share photos with others using a link, then you can either invite them by email to view the share OR generate a link that 'Anyone Can View'. The 'Anyone Can View' link will be accessible to anyone you send this to.  A random member of the public could in theory guess this link ID, however this is very unlikely. ... View more

Migrating a Catalog should upload all Originals to the Cloud, you can only migrate a Calaog once though from memory.   To get the Originals to the Cloud you can simply drop the Originals into Lightroom Desktop and this will replace the Smart Previews in the Cloud once synced. ... View more
