Hi - can you expand exactly what you want to achieve - in the states panel there is an option 'duplicate state' - right click on any state   You can also select multiple states in the states panel with ctrl+click or shift+click, once multiple states are selected you drag to the the 'new/duplicate/state' icon at the bottom of the states panel and all the selected states are duplicated.   If you need more info let me know ... All the server behaviors were removed sometime ago, Adobe never updated them and consequently they were removed as they used the outdated MySQL extension. For up to date server side features you need to look at Webassist or DMXZone extensions the webassist ones are closer to the original built in Dreamweaver server behvaiors and would probably be easier to learn for you. ... I'm on Windows 11 - no such problems with the latest Dreamweaver version so far for me.... What version of Dreamweaver are running?   For alternatives: If you're coding try VSCode, I believe there is a FTP/SFTP extension  for it, although I've never tried it myself. I do like the GIT integration in VSCode and few of the third party extensions. Would take a while to get up to speed learning VSCode, coming from an environment like Dreamweaver   Rarely gets a mention, Rapid PHP isn't a bad option and would be easier to get up to speed with IMO,  it has integrated FTP/SFTP, has code hinting, GIT integration is a bit clumsy with the use of TortoiseGIT but it does the job. ... I think you'll find the cursor issue isn't a problem switching between design view to code view, trouble is your layout will most likely be all over the place in design view as it hasn't been updated for years....
