First of all, not to lose colors, make sure you made the new document in CMYK color mode from the beginning. If you didn't make that, even you sent the file in PDF or Ai, colors will convert to CMYK in the printer if you didn't in the export settings. -------------- So make sure you started the document in CMYK. If you didn't, change the color mode before exporting file and try to change the color values to fix it. _________ If you are working in CMYK from the beginning, aving file In PDF is better than JPEG. You can open the file in Acrobat but exactly you can not edit it like Illustrator. You can also open the file in Photoshop, it rasterizes it and convert it into pixels.

This happen with all files or specific files?! Which version you are working with?! ___ By the way, resetting photoshop may help you. With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and relaunch Photoshop the way you normally would.

Sorry, Exactly, you are right, Changing the color profile will convert all values and we are using it for the final output not for previewing. It depends on which printer, ink type or final output screen. So it will Change color values. It is 100% correct.

Every screen has it's own color profile and color settings. Try toi edit the screen color setting but the best way is to set your photoshop color profile to the same color profile of the screen you are using.

Exactly, You can give them the largest one and they can adjust (decrease) size as long as the ration is the same. For the different size (dimensions) ratio documents, You can use the Page Tool with the Liquide Layout options, It may help adjusting size with more options.
