It gets exhausting to explain the same thing over and over. It returns a VALID ID. Don't treat your developers community as stupid. I can distinguish a 0 from a string. And it WORKS on MY computer. It DOESN'T on multiple computers of our customers (your customers as well). It's impressive that you cannot make a button to "generate report" and stop torturing people with your questions. There are also things like auto-tests.

no, app.encoder.launchEncoder() returns success true but does not start media encoder. When I add a job to queue it returns job id but there is nothing in the queue.

specifically using your example from the Samples git repo app.encoder.launchEncoder(); it returns success and job id but in fact does nothing (does not start and does not rendre if it is already open).

I launch media encoder via script. It says it's launched but in fact it is not. I submit .epr to render as mp4. It works on one computer but does not on another and render .aac instead.

Some of our users experience an "Unknown error exception" at this line app.project.activeSequence.exportAsMediaDirect(outputFile.fsName, presetFile.fsName, 1) outputFile is correct as well as presetFile is correct. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I was using the latest public release (updated a few days ago). It is not an API problem just a general problem of MOGRT performance. 12 seconds happens every time you click an item. For example, if you import the same as AE comp it takes 0 seconds which is the way it should work. And 12 seconds is on a top-notch computer. I had results ranging from 30 seconds to 25 minutes depending on a computer.

Hi, there,
sequence.setSelection([trackItem]); takes 25 minutes for Premiere Pro to update UI. The problem is not in the script command. If you manually select track item you need to wait the same 25 minutes. On a more powerful computer it is faster but still chokes. The Premiere Pro is the latest. The timeline is empty. The track item is MOGRT. Of cause it depends on how heavy the MOGRT is but it is not super that heavy to wait half an hour. How do I get video width and height? I've found XMP method but the dimensions are not always there so it is not stable. Surprisingly, such a simple request took me 2 hours of research, and found nothing.
