I have Creative Cloud app that controls all the Adobe programs on my Windows computer. You can install 11.1 or 11.2 right on top of 11.3. This will delete the version you have and install a different version. Do you have Creative Cloud? Thanks, SC

Things to try… Reinstall vs 11.1 with Creative Cloud app. Change monthly plan to Photography plan. Same $9.99 price. Call Adobe. Turn off graphics card to see if that helps. Thanks, SC

The problem was with Adobe's new 11.3. I called Adobe and Adobe fixed it. This error was on Adobe, not MS nor Apple nor OS. The fact that you can't find the crash dialog report proves my point. Adobe couldn't connect to my new installation because Adobe didn't recognize my subscription after the new 11.3 installation. But when Adobe showed me how to reinstalled older versions, then LRC opened. I see Apple users having the same problem. Apple has a more stable system but still, some people had problems with 11.3. I hope that clears things up. SC

When LRC crashes and I have to fix it, it’s like open heart surgery or kidney transplant. I don’t know why you don’t see any crash reports. It put me through 8 hrs of hell. Adobe definitely has problems with who has accounts. Help line couldn’t figure out my account for hours until I gave serial numbers before they found it. I’ve been paying monthly for more than ten years yet they couldn’t find my account. Pitiful. SC

It took me 8 hrs to fix same problem. I actually talked to nice lady in india that showed me what to do with remote connection. Had to reinstall older version through adobe creative cloud app. Three dots on right give a choice of versions. It’s really hard to find anyone that knew what to do or spoke English well enough to understand. Chatted first to 3 people, that didn’t work. Then started calling. Really hard to find phone number, hiding under many layers of menus. 800-833-6687. Good luck, SC

I think I figured it out. I had the "Don't import Suspected Duplicates" checked off. When i unchecked, they imported. Now I have 39,000 to import.

OK, glad to see some help. LR Classic CC 8.1 1200465. When I sync the directory, only a few pictures from each sub dir. was loaded. and I get this error that says there is already the same picture in the directory and can't import twice. I verified and they are in the right place. But LR can't recognize them. Help!

New computer, files were transferred to new HD. LR installed. But LR will not import all photos because LR thinks they are already imported. But they are not. What am I missing?

What has happened to LRCC? A few weeks ago, I could open photos and edit photos from LRCC into PS. Now I'm getting these crazy messages saying "HEIC files not supported by your operating system". I can't even save as jpeg files to Documents, "saying HEIC are not supported." HI I'm not using LR mobile to send images. The LR is installed on a PC using Windows 10. I think it's a slow internet connection to my phone (wifi). The larger files 1800 px longest size just don't show up or it takes a long long time. Cable One says it gives 100 mgs which should make the wifi pretty fast but it's not as fast sometimes. Hi, - Which version of LR App are you using? - Which Email Client are you using? - Are you following the path> Share>Email? (If so have you tried other Email App) LR is up to date. I subscribe to monthly CC. Email is with GMAIL. It works fine with other apps. I don't know anything about "path> Share>Email? (If so have you tried other Email App" All I've been doing is right clicking on the image, the window opens within LR and I fill in who is being sent the image. The address has to be in my account list and they are. Everyone gets the emails with attachments. But no one can see the image. I can save the image to my phone and then look at it. When emailing images from LR, the receivers don't get the emails on iPhones. Why? I don't get them either. I know how to send, but no one receives. This is how I solved my problem. I had installed an action - written in CS4 - by someone else that sent to me and installed into CS5. The action worked, it just reduced a image size for digital projection. This was in a Windows XP with 4g of memory. After that action install, HDR didn't work. Uninstalled borrowed action, restarted computer and HDR started working again. Why this action had anything to do with interferring with HDR, I don't know. But it worked. Recreated the action myself in 5 minutes. And now everything works. Go figure! Now I have Windows 7 - i7 processor- 64bit with 6g of memory. Better graphics card. CS5 work better but the real difference was in LR 2.7 I followed Chris Cox advise above and it worked. Good luck.

I also have problem with HDR Pro. When in Bridge CS5, I've selected 3 different JPG files of different exposure settings, tried Tools/Photoshop/Merge to HDR Pro. Then CS5 takes over and starts the Process, and then - nothing. It all goes away. Nothing else happens, at all. I can restart my computer, and try with different files, with nothing else running and still have the same results. Using Windows XP with 3.5G of ram. Using another program called Photomatix Pro and it still works fine. HDR in CS5 doesn't work at all for me. Does anyone have any suggestions?
