Hi @manuel_2117 Sorry to hear about this experience. Could you confirm which OS and Illustrator version you're using? Is the issue specific to this file? Also, where are you trying to save the exported JPEG files (Shared drive/ Network location/ Local HDD/ external HDD)? If possible, could you share a sample file with us?
