I am having the same issue. It is annoying to have to keep entering the same information 3 or 4 times before it stops resetting itself. I get as far as hitting tab about 2 times to enter the Height and it resets the Width.

This reply sounds very diplomatic and with no information whatsoever. I'm sorry, but for the amount we pay for this subscription we should be able to get more updates or information regarding this partifuclar issue than just "under investigation by our engineering team" .. considering it is the same reply we got a year ago.

No I didn't. Just tried resetting the preferences (Shift, Alt and Command while restarting Illustrator) and so far it seems to have fixed the issue. Have to setup all my preferences again but it's opening new documents If any changes... will update here. Geno

Hi! I came in this morning and saw a few apps were updated. I opened my Illustrator and opened a few files i was working on yesterday with no problems. Then i tried to create a new document and for the 5th time (after full restart on program and computer itself), i am just getting a spinning wheel. I just tried to turn on and off the Use legacy "New File" interface and same problem. I have been force quitting the program all morning and can't find a fix. HELP!!! How could it of when i've been using it all morning and it was fine? No updates done on it recently and i use it everyday... I'll uninstall it and try downloading it again.

I am getting this with single pages and multiple pages. I have shut down and restarted and still getting the same issue. Tried on different types of files as well. Running Version 2018.009.20044 Can someone give me some assistance with this. Thanks J
