Help! Have to get files out today. I am attempting to download a pdf and can't. Just checked and it won't let me download any type of file. It goes through the motions and goes to "100%" but it doesn't ask me where to save it. It' not in my downloads or recents. It's simply not saving anywhere. I'm on a Mac and I've cleared my cache and updated adobe. Don't want to totally restart because I have some programs open and can't loose the conversations with gtps. Thank you!!

Same - sent out dozens of pdfs with a link that doesn't work. I didn't save to print. I used "Save as." Acrobat has been lousy since day 1 and I can't believe it is still as sorry as ever. It has ONE JOB!!!!! RIDICULOUS! ACROBAT shouldn't be an option. POS

I have been using Express Calendar for social media posting with no problems for 2 weeks and as of Friday - I can't upload any videos. It says "Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in few minutes."

Inside of Adobe Express, we have access to so much media. Is there a way to access that from Premier Pro? The downloads from Express for assets only comes out sketchy. I would like to be able to add media to my timeline in Premier Pro from the large library available from Express.

When you make a segment longer, it doesn't make all of the media longer. So, a "work-around" is to duplicate it, but the problem is it is still too short so you have to duplicate multiple times and also, it doesn't pick up from the last frame in the sequence. It duplicates the original opening position and effect. In a perfect world, you could "duplicate" or "continue scene" and pick up the the first frame in the duplicated sequence from the last frame in the previous sequence. Here are some screenshots. [image: Screenshot 2024-08-06 at 3.09.52 PM.png] [image: Screenshot 2024-08-06 at 3.11.07 PM.png] Note: When I duplicate the scene to make it fit the length of my audio, it starts the animation move from the beginning. And it's still too short. I hope this makes sense. I edit in Premiere Pro mainly but used vyond.com for years and their solution is to "continue scene" and it picks up from the last frame of the video scene before it - so fitting to timing is not an issue.
