There is still an error with Data Merge. It is not placing .ai files. I ended up saving the .ai files as .pdf and then it works. Please fix it in the next update. Thank you.

Just adding an update here. I met with Adobe support the other day for the 2nd time to attempt to resolve the issue. With support's direction during a screen share session, we ran the InDesign application Cleaner Tool and deleted a bunch of files related to InDesign. The issue is fixed! All is good with the world now. Peace is restored. I appreciate Adobe's support in helping me with this. Great job! Thank you!!!

Hi Leo.r, It's not showing at all. I pretty much decided the bug is due to 19.4. I downgraded to 19.3 today because of a bug in Data Merge not finding and placing images. After downgrading to 19.3 Data Merge works and any files that were not opened in 19.4 are fine. Any files that were opened previously in 19.4 are stuck with the window title issue. I suspect Adobe to have a fix soon to fix Data Merge and I'm hoping it fixes the window titles too.

I have the same issue. I'm running Sonoma 14.4.1 and INDD 19.4. It's not only that the title shows twice, but the application bar at the bottom of each document window that shows preflight status, zoom percentage, page navigation tools, and Split View mode is not showing. If I switch on the Application Frame with the window docked in the frame everything works as it should. I dislike using the Application Frame. Are there any other suggestions on how to fix this?

The flick panning issue just came back for me. It happened as I flick and went a little to far outside of the document window. Guess I have to turn off flick panning again unless Adobe is planning to fix this.

My 2013 MacPro was updated fresh from a corporate disk image with MacOS Monterey. I had to do an install of all CC apps and for the last week since the update, Photoshop and flick panning seems to finally be working ok. I'll write back if I see the issue again, but for now the issued seems to be resolved.

It just froze up on me. I can save, change tools but unable to move the document around on screen and must close the document and open it again to see what's going on in the document. I guess turning off flick panning is the only option when running on my Mac Pro (Late 2013) with AMD FirePro D500 3 GB?

@chad.rolfs I have had flick panning off since reporting the issue here. I'm running 22.5.1. I just turned flick panning back on. I would be happy to followup if the issue persists in this version of Photoshop. Thanks for reaching out in regards to this issue.
