I followed all the suggestions on this community forum, but the issue was unresolved. After upgrading to 25.0, the content added to a timeline project disappeared unless I right-clicked and dragged it to reveal the content. When the mouse was moved from the timeline, the content disappeared again. To resolve the problem, I had to roll back to the previous version of the software. I have not found anyone else having issues with this bug. For now, I will monitor the forum and wait to upgrade.

I upgraded to the latest Studio Driver using the Nvidia Control App. It appears to make no difference. The content on the timeline remains invisible. The content will play, but I can not see it on the timeline.

Before the upgrade, I experienced no issues. To clarify what is happening, when I add content to the timeline, it is invisible unless I click the content on the timeline, but when I move the mouse away from the content, it becomes invisible again. I'll look at the driver to verify it's using the latest upgrade.

After upgrading Premiere, an issue appeared on my timeline. I was fixing a problem with a video I produced several years back, and I no longer have the project files, so I grabbed the completed video from my exports and added it to the timeline. The video is not showing unless I drag my mouse over it. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I have encountered the same issue. I have tried all of the solutions but have not resolved the problem. Rolled back version Deleted render files Created a new project and imported the old one Deleted media cache Reinstalled Premiere Reinstalled Nvidia drivers I discovered that after getting the software stable one day, the errors appeared again when I booted it up the next day. I am in the middle of a large project and unable to proceed. After reading all the suggestions over the years, I'm ready to delete all my imported files and start from scratch. I would hope there is a better solution. Thank you

I'm thankful someone else is having this issue. My Premiere Pro crashed until I realized it was whenever my mouse crossed the search folder. When I tried to delete the folder, it also crashed.

Thank you. I am exporting first as MP4 and 1080i to rule out a software issue. It appears the problem only exists in playback through the source monitor. The exported clips look fine. I think we can consider this resolved.

Our company is currently using a GoPro to document the construction of our building. I am the producer responsible for collecting and cataloging the footage, but I have recently encountered an issue importing it into Premiere Pro. Footage imported appears to have video distortion that looks like waves running through the video only while in the source monitor. When added to a sequence, the distortion is reduced but still faint. Any Thoughts?

After the most recent update to Premiere Pro, I have run into an issue with the media encoder. Before the update, when I completed a sequence and was ready to encode, I would push Cntrl+M to open the media encoder as a separate window. When I press the keys, it opens the media encoder in the main window. Is there a way to get a pop-up window in Premiere as it did in the past? Thank you

Thank you. The issue was VFR. I did the suggestion of running it through HandBrake, changing the frame rate to costant and then importing it to Premiere. It resolved hte problem the audio is in line with the video.

I have read all of the threads regarding this issue but it does not explain our problem. Importing a video into Premiere Pro Scrubbing to the point I need to clip it from. Audio before that point is correct. Audio after that point sounds likea chipmunk. I checked my version and I'm up todate, this has not been an issue in the past videos I have produced. I tried the tricks provided and none of them seemed to fix it. Video is being downloaded from an encoder, played before import it sounds fine. Size of video 2.84 GB Length of video 3hr 14 min. Any thoughts?

In our organization, we have touch screen digital signage to display committee agendas in PDF form. These agendas are for viewing only, so we want to disable the bookmarks, toolbar, and any other tools that allow the public to backtrack from the software and use it for other purposes. It has been an ongoing issue for several months with little or no solutions. Is there a way to accomplish this through the reader? (our software is Acrobat Reader DC)

Does anyone else experience this? When I open premiere to edit my webcam turns on. I don't feel comfortable with it staying on when I am not using it. I read through the comunity and found one person who refers to this happening but his solution has nothing to do with my situation. I have looked through settings and googled many resources but so far I find nothing to explain it. Looking for help here.

After I setup a new PC I had residual projects from my old PC with old fonts that were in the invalid font family. After I purged them and used creative cloud to restore the proper fonts I was able to eliminate all but one. Adobe Arabic. (which I never used) This resolved the problem and got me back to work.

I was able to find several of the offending fonts and delete them. One hold out is Adobe Arabic (I didn't use that anywhere)

Thank you I was able to replace one of them but I think my issue is I used the old titler on some of my productions and with the new title designer it does not like the fonts I used. Since most of my work is priortized and out of date anyway how do I re move this error message so it does not keep popping up? I appriciate all your help.

I recently set up a new PC. When I open Premiere Pro in the creative cloud, I get errors in the event log stating that my fonts are invalid and replaced. I attached an image from the event log. Does anyone have any thoughts?
