Sorry for the delayed response, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Monika is right—Safe Mode helps rule out interference from third-party apps, but if it's even slower in Safe Mode, the issue could be related to your device’s software or hardware.
Before we explore that further, I just want to double-check—I'm sure you might have already tried this, but have you tested with a different mouse? Does the same issue occur when using the trackpad?
