What in the world is going on here?? I have literally never had this issue before but today It has happened multiple times. I have restarted lightroom. Unplugged an external monitor. And created a new Lightroom Cataloge. The first time it happened I solved it by creating a new lightroom cataloge, after that the display cleared up. But I had it happen AGAIN on a different job, created yet another cataloge but the static/fuzz came back. Does anyone know whats happening here and what my fix would be? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, Im not sure if i am just misusing the feature or if my settings are weird. I have watched some videos and tried to figure this out but my premiere seems to be actin differently. When i use the speedramp function in the TL with the rubber band. I add a keyframe using the pentool, say at 5 seconds, then to the right of the keyframe I just placed I try to shift drag upward to speed up or slow down the footage. When i do this my keyframe moves to a different spot, say 7 seconds. But i need the ramp to start at 5? I dont understand why it keeps shifting. I get why the end of the clip would shorten or lengthen but why wont the keyframe stay where it needs to?? I watched a video where a guy did litterally the same thing and his key frames stayed right where they were, no problem I hope these photos demonstrate what i mean.

Thank you for all of your help! For future reference is this an importing issue with Premiere or is this an issue with my camera settings?

It looks like the original clip color space was "1-18-1" whereas my A-camera was "Rec. 709". I clicked the "Override Media colorspace" and changed it to Rec. 709 and it seems to look normal. Was this the proper way to do it?

I'm new to the more nitty-gritty technical stuff. Is this what you are looking for @R Neil Haugen ?

So I have some footage that, while darker than expected out of the camera, looks just fine when I import it. But as soon as I drop it on the timeline it looks awful. I am not sure what words I'm looking for but if you look around the black pixels in the gentleman's shirt it looks pixelated or even posterized? Not sure what's happening. It was a B camera that I rented from sharegrid. BUT it was the same body as mine, with the same settings, even checked the metadata and it's all the same as my A footage from my camera, which looks amazing. But when it is on the timeline it just looks unusable. The photos below are from the exact same clip the only difference is one is being viewed in my source monitor and the worse one is on my timeline.'
