The issue for me is that I'll be hovering over either the program monitor or Projects window and accidentally move my finger up or down on my Magic Mouse - and it zooms in. Before I realized this was a new feature, you can imagine the confusion when I thought it was cropping the frame on its own. So this feature isn't the time saver you might think it is as I'm constantly zooming in when I'm just trying to move the cursor somewhere and my finger happens to move half a centimeter down at the same time. The ability to turn this function off is an imperative. Thanks.

Before the latest update, when I sent something to the Media Encoder, it would automatically pop up in front of Premiere. Now, it stays in the background and I have to command-tab to get it to the front. Is there a setting to fix this???

Just updated and all of a sudden, clips won't import into the bin I've selected. It'll bring just bring the clip into the Project Bin and I have to then drag it from there. Bins have ALWAYS been terribly wonky. Like, creating a subclip from a master clip will put the subclip in the same bin as the master SOMETIMES. But every so often, that subclip gets placed in a random bin and makes me crazy. Can you please fix the targeting of bins once and for all?

In the last day or so, Media Encoder stopped working - when I hit Start - it simply says "Ready" and doesn't do anything.. Anybody have this issue/solution??

I have this same issue and it's maddening. The only solution I've come up with is duplicating the file - then boom - both the original and the duplicate show up... I'm going to try and restart the Finder and see if that does anything, but let me know if you hear of a fix.

Wow - thanks for all the info. I will try to reset the Finder and see if that helps. I've tried to choose a different folder then come back to it and no joy. The external drive I'm using is formatted for Mac...

Yeah - other files in the directory show up. And if I search for the file, SOMETIMES, it'll show up there - and the Finder shows that the file is in the folder that I'm currently looking in. But sometimes, not even search works. The only surefire way I've seen to wake it up is to duplicate the file... Am I really the only guy suffering from this?

I'm not jumping the gun, actually. The file will appear in the Finder - check mark is there too- it just won't appear in the import dialogue box for a while. Usually, I can do a search for the file and it will appear, or I'll duplicate the file in the finder, then suddenly both the original and duplicate show up. Definitely a glitch, maybe it's just my computer or maybe this needs to be a thread over at Apple. BUT, only files being exported from Encoder have this issue...

I know, right? It's the weirdest thing I've seen in years and years of editing. Sometimes those separate files appear for a long time, but not the combined finish file - even though the encoder has been done exporting for a while.. On this one issue, you're lucky you're on a PC, lol

Does anyone have this weird issue where it takes a long while for files to appear in the dialogue box when you're trying to upload videos? For instance - when I'm done exporting a video from Premiere using Media Encoder - and I go to YouTube to upload it - when I try to select the file from my hard drive, it simply isn't there. Sometimes, I see the split audio/video temporary files even though the encoder has finished exporting. More often, I have to do a search for the file name for it to come up, even though I'm in the destination folder already. Usually, if I wait 5 or 10 minutes, it will finally appear, and this might be an OS X issue, I'm on 10.12.3, but it's the weirdest and most frustrating thing ever....@
