Have same issue as here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/can-t-access-the-forums-at-all-using-firefox/m-p/12541265#M56068 I starting new thread here as it's the only thing that seemingly works: - Can't reply or like - Follow inactive - Account settings inactive(Display blank) - Can't add a file attachment here - Can't open old messages, etc Normally using Chrome, tried Firefox with default setting - does not help. So what is this, Broken forum or my account banned in a way? And remember, I can't use Reply ((

@basil1891 Our team discovered that you added a special character on your Adobe ID name, which is causing the issue. The Community works synced with your Adobe ID, so if there's anything there that shouldn't be there, it could cause an issue, like on this case.
They've removed the special character solving this issue. You should be able to log out, log back in again and be able to reply. If this happens again, go over to your Adobe ID settings and make sure the symbol ' is not added at the end of your name. Thanks!

@basil1891 thanks for the video! We were able to reproduce the issue. It looks like there's something going on at a user level. I'll log a request with the team so they can debug this and work on a fix. Any news, I'll reply here. Thanks!

Continuation of this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/broken-forum-or-my-account-banned/td-p/12596971 Fwiw, I've tried to reset password, does not help - same broken behavior after log-in, all the time (and yes, I've tried clearing cache and cookies, different browser, and even different device. Did not help). Since I can't attach files because of THE issue, I'll try to describe console errors in words: 1) "Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token" happens right after login. And then each time I open messages, notifications, My Profile, etc. *next is the code snippet where it happens seemingly* function getUniqueDefaultName(){ let name = ''; try{ name = '2776107'+getRandomString(4); let len = name.length; limit = len<=25?(25-len):len; let first_name = 'Vasyl' '; (X) - this string is highlighted as erroneous. Probably it's unable to properly process the *single-quote* in the name. Now is the Q: How to change (remove) it? I can't do that, obviously. What about Adobe staff, can you do that?

@Sil.C @Nancy OShea, I'm answering to the thread in new post as "Reply" is simply not available to me. Beginning: https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/broken-forum-or-my-account-banned/td-p/12596971 1) No, clearing cache and cookies and login in again does not help. As using different browsers - both Firefox and mobile Chrome shows same 'broken' behavior. Yes, I can browse forum in incognito mode but that was not the issue. 2) Here is screen recording with open browser console, and there are some errors: [Link removed by moderator] ( I can't attach files same as can't Reply, so external link) 3) The only thing that come to mind and I did not try yet, is to try reset my password. But there is risk I may loose access to my account completely, which I'd prefer to avoid...

Use another web device.  It sounds like your browser's security settings are too aggressive.  Or anti-virus, firewall or script blockers are preventing you from running essential JavaScripts in your browser.

If your account was banned you would not be able to access the site at all. So you wouldn't be able to log in and post this message.

As Nancy said, have you tried clearing cache and cookies and login in again? What about incognito browser?

If none of these work, it'd be helpful if you could share a screen recording so we can see what the issue is and try to reproduce it. Thanks!

Try clearing cookies and log-in again.
