Celdas que duplican su contenido a las siguientes

Alguien me puede decir cómo lo puedo hacer para que, al crear un formulario, el contenido de las celdas no se duplique a las celdas siguientes?

Forms have form fields, not cells. 

Cells are commonly used in tables and spreadsheets, like Excel.
