Here's one for somebody to sort out: Gmail has started regarding email notifications from the forums as suspect. A header from a recent message:
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=hardfail (google.com: domain of forums@adobe.com does not designate 209.46.39.252 as permitted sender)
209.46.39.252 is mail.sgaur.hosted.jivesoftware.com, the server sending the messages. The SPF result used to be 'neutral'. I wonder how many notifications end up in posters' gmail spam filters because of that 'hardfail'. It can't be too difficult for Adobe to publish an appropriate record.

Thanks for the report. The issue has been escalated.

The SPF records have been updated. The TTL on Adobe's DNS is 1800 seconds so in half an hour email should no longer be tagged as spam.

Yep. Messages up to 11:33 failed SPF, those after 11:36 pass.
Now why can't Adobe fix the other glitches so quickly?

Because this is a configuration issue, not a programming issue.
