I see a valid question and a (likely?) solution which may be of interest to other users... no reason to delete that I can see

The client has asked that I remove their images from the forum. The answer is not valid as the client has indicated to me that they are on the same server version, 9.7 as we are. So the answer is not relevant.

And for anyone else reading this... these are PUBLIC forums, so don't post something that you don't want anyone with a computer to see

Thank you. I do realize this is a public forum - the client indicated the issue only after I posted, it was not something I had anticipated being an issue when I initially posted.
