Please explain the notification "no user consent for using generative features" in photoshop on ipad

Please help! I am attempting to use the generative fill feature in photoshop on my iPad. I use the crop tool to expand and I select the generative fill. However, I received the notification "no user consent for using generative features" when I click the "Generate" button. Is there anyone that can assist?

    After reloading the app and attempting to use Generative Fill for the
    first time, a pop-up notification appeared at the top of my iPad screen,
    presenting the option to accept the terms of service. Once I did this, I
    had no further issues with the functionality of the AI features.

    Problem solved! Thank you! I reloaded the app, accepted the terms of service and was able to gain access to the full features.

    When you started using the Generative AI features, did you accept the Generative AI Terms of Use?

    There was no option to do so but I will try reloading the app and see if
    there is service agreement terms. Thank you!
