Profile Photo Resolution

What's the resolution that fit's the profile photo box which means that there won't be any resizing so that there won't be any quality loss.

I don't see any documentation on image size for profile photos in Jive. I believe that in the Adobe forums we display the image at 352x262 pixels. Resolution won't matter, as it is on the web. I don't know if Jive does any behind the scenes resizing if you upload at 352x262, but that's the size I would use.
