URGENT NOTIFICATION: Beware of fraudulent support requests.

We have received a number of reports where some members of this community are posing as Adobe Employees by offering to help troubleshoot issues personally using technologies such as Skype as a means to gain access to your computer and potentially your personal information.  All Adobe employees are required to have an red Adobe logo badge next to their user profile which can be seen if you mouse-over their profile picture.

‌we never use Skype it's to vulnerable to hacking.

i was just given access to these forums by Adobe support so bear with me. I don't use Skype at all and yet I pulled up my homepage (using Firefox on a Mac) this morning and within a few minutes a page over took it and asked me to update my Adobe. I copied the address and I just tried to paste it here and it changes from the address to this:

When I pulled up the cloud it showed a message from ricky2014 complaining that the system wasn't working and then Stacy sison replied...was this someone hacking into my account..it was before I even started an account..
