Actually, I hadn't mentioned it... there is one for Mozilla/Firefox Browsers as well

It also says "Change the content of a cookie !" but I have not done that

THe are two versions: one for FF and one for SeaMonkey its called web Developer  it adds a Web developer toolbar  That has the following menu choices:
