What is Not applicable on my profile?

So, on my profile, it's written not applicable and I am also not able to reply to any of the questions. So, why is it, can someone help me with this?

I see there's an option where you can put your website address. But when I do put it in the address it's not showing on my profile. So, any highlights on this?

"Not applicable" is shown when a user is new to the platform and has yet to gain a rank (Advisor, Explorer, etc.).

The only issue I see on your profile is that you didn't set up a username. Could you click on your profile photo on the top right and add a username? Thanks!
