Unfortunately, you have posted to a forum to discuss, well the fora.
If you installed a suite, then you will want to post to one of those fora. If PS, AI, InDesign, etc., then post to that product's forum.
Uninstalling the trial is easy. If installed properly, you can uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs. Then, run the Adobe Clean Script CS5, a few times, rebooting between each one.
Good luck,
Hunt

Well I am happy it works for you I can only say what is happening to me but when I click the link it is clearly stated on Adobes site that it is a BROKEN LINK> MMMMM I will just have my wife spend a hour or two on the phone with Adobe and NOT promote Adobe products to my customers ! That's a solution that works for me.

OK the link while in the email I have received does not work however the one in the forum does, hence the replies. The toll does not work, I have resolved the problem by backing up my files and folders and reinstalling my os and software I haqve and need which took less time and trouble than this issue alone. Thanks to all that did try to help.

The email notifications sent by these forums are plain text. As such
they do not contain links, they contain addresses. The conversion of an
address to a clickable link is a function of your email client, not of
these forums.
For security reasons it is recommended to disable that functionality of
your email client altogether, but if you wish to keep it enabled there
is little we can do on the forums side to correct the problem in your
email client.
I suggest you file a bug with the vendor of your email client.
