I had no luck in adobe.com website CHAT in getting adequate answer due to person not understanding English well. I can't get a live person when call 800# as auto-robot-choices-asks about specific software choices then says to go to website, can't talk to anyone. Does anyone know how to contact USA staff person re specific adobe.com website issues?
Adobe doesn't do email support.
Too bad, as can't contact other ways and re stating info here, it wouldn't be the place to put the problem list. Tks anyway.
P.S. if you have a problem with the Adobe website, post it here, and someone will make sure it gets back to the right Adobe team.
