What to do when there isn't any sollutions being offered to a problem?

Is there a way to contact support in another way, I can't find one (except sales)
But that link leads to a dead end by me. There isn't any options to contact possiblities/troubleshoot

Posting in the community forums isn't contacting Adobe Support in *any* way. And it's nobody's job to pick up posts; people might share their expertise if they recognise your issue. You can use uservoice, but don't expect any reply.
