Hello,Iam new to Adobe Flex and I want to ask whether someone has an idea how to implement an organizational chart similar to that onesfrom ibm?Please do not post the link to the tourdeflex samples...All of these samples are using custom libs, where we do not see any source.Please give some ideas how to implement such a chart.Thank you,

I just tried the first time to use the forum editor with an iPad (for some private message, if that matters).It would not show an insertion point caret or accept any typing in preview mode.After switching to html mode it at least took some text, but still was missing the caret and did not respond to the cursor placing gestures.Could you eventually add a plain text entry box as last resort?Dirk

Due to the WYSIWYG editor, it's not possible to use an iPad to reply to any forum content. The pages load fine and reading on the iPad works well, but the reply window with all its buttons and wysiwyg items won't allow input.

In the PSE forum I select preferences an select stop notification but it does not stop. Is there some other solution?

Half the links I click on in the Adobe.com site give me the message,We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request.I'm really only trying to check the status of my error but I can't get anywhere in the site without getting this message.Suggestions?

I accidentally wound up with my email address as my screen name. I went to edit my profile, but changing the screen name isn't allowed. I tried creating a new profile with a new screen name but it won't let me use my email address. I created the new profile using a different email address (one I keep for junk like this, so I don't check it and therefore, isn't what I want to use for this). I also don't see a way to delete a registration. If I could delete my other profile, I could then just recreate it with the new screen name. How do I fix this since your site isn't properly programmed to allow me to fix this?

hi people. in the final version of the Adobe suite CS5 is set to button Alt call menu tools. It bothers me terribly because I zoomed in Alt + scroll, and then the interrupt in the course of work. dose it was possible to turn off the shortcut for all adobe programs?ThanksMilutin

Can someone please fix my account again?My earlier posts have been changed to JETalmage-HJ6L6A. My correct account name is JETalmage.I have tried the proscribed re-login "fix" to no avail. I am now, as instructed, posting a request for it to be fixed here.Also: It seems that when these unwanted account "splits" occur, the settings default to turning on all email notifications. I don't want email notifications on any threads. (I also don't want PMs, but this poorly designed forum seems to not provide a means for disallowing those. If there is a way to do so that I am overlooking, please advise.)Thanks,JET

On Feb 22, 2010, File Attachments were disabled... with the caveat that it was temporary. That 'Temporarily' now seems to be a joke... at whose expense i wonder...Because, today, many moons and even more suns later ( i refuse to count), it still remains disabled...

In Photoshop Elements Forum I was informed that it is not uncommon to have more than one Adobe ID. In Adobe chat they told me of a second ID that was on record to my name but I can not login for some reason. My primary ID works fine I can log in and out but the other ID will not accept my password or make a password change. I need to log in to the second ID to see and respond to messages in the PSE forum that I was able to use previously.

My account has been split exactly as as described in the thread titled "Why has my account spawned a similar identity?".My original account screen name set up ages ago is "gatorjim2000". The split account name is "gatorjim2000-ehBrrD".The gatorjim2000 account shows I have only been a member since Mar. 30, 2010 which is way wrong. All of my points, history, etc. moved over to gatorjim2000-ehBrrD.I have followed all of the steps suggested in the above referenced thread (multiple times, actually) but the problem still exists.I would like to have all of my information merged into gatorjim2000 and have gatorjim2000-ehBrrD disappear. This morning I noticed an interesting new variation on the split account problem. As you can see from the screenshot the registration date of the profile is late 2009. That is becuase it is from the account http://forums.adobe.com/people/Jochem%20van%20Dieten-QHlmGd Yet the moderation and private messages counts you see are from the account http://forums.adobe.com/people/Jochem%20van%20Dieten and clicking on the moderation queue link brought me back to the same page. So it looks like I am logged in as 2 accounts simultaneously.Additionally reply by email bounced at the same time.Everything is sorted out now (I have built a backdoor into my account so I can log in to it without going through my Adobe ID), but this might be helpful to somebody who is working on the problem.

Hi - I just got Illustrator CS3, after happily using CS2 for years.I work "sloppy" - elements of my design hang out over the edges of the artboard,and I push things out to the side in case I need them later.This was never a problem in CS2. When I would save as a PDF to send to a client, all they would seewas the artboard (defined by page setup).In CS3, the PDF I create (which takes 4 more steps than it used to.. grrr!)shows the client everything in the document! Even if I throw a clipping mask on itto make the extra stuff disappear, the white space is in the PDF.I hate this!!I found if I create a PDF through the print dialog, in the good old Apple OS way,the cropping works as it should, but I have no options about saving with compression,which means the files can be too big to email.This is seriously messing with my workflow!!Can someone tell me what I am missing here?Thank you.

I have InDesign cs2 and the text wrap feature has completely disappeared--listed in window but GONE! How can this be recovered?

I have my Preferences setup to automatically subscribe to e-mail for  threads that I reply to, but I am not receiving all of the e-mails.
