How do I remove myself from this community support page? Adobe is flooding my email inbox with every single post and comment being made by everybody. I called Adobe 1-800-585-0774 and the person hung up on me when I stated what i wanted to do. I called Adobe 1-800833-6687 and the person talked in circles because they didn't know how to do it. I will use those numbers in the future for Adobe product technical fails instead of this support page. Ironically, I have to get an email about this which I will probably never see because I am deleting pages of adobe emails daily from my inbox. I did go to an account settings page but the attempted changes to stop emails keeps getting reversed by adobe to receiving emails. What I'd really like to do is remove myself totally from this online support nonsense. Do I need to end my subscription and then start a new subscription with a new email address? 

It used to be a case of going on to  your own profile and being able to filter for posts you started but now that seems like it's impossible? I have to scroll through all my entire comments to find some old helpful posts I had years ago Is there a way to do it easier than this? this seems like a weird way of changing things.

I have a file From and email that I saved to my drive. I am trying to open and it keeps asking for a password. I tried all my passwords but none work! Why is it asking? What do I do?

I got kicked out of my account and after finally logining in back through my Gmail, I lost all my recent notes. Also, why is logining in so hard now? I had to restart my whole Ipad with countless error messages. 

I want to post a message but I'm told there is HTML content in my message. There isn't.

I found a post from 2014 but it seems to refer to a version of the forum software that is not this one. I can't figure out how to quote a previous post. thanks

I made a post on Jan 26, 2021 in the PS community (Catalina slow .psd), but I do not see my posting when I browse through the listings on the 26th. Did this 3 times. If I... Search Entire Community by my user community name, the posting does not appear. If I seach for keywords as entered into the Subject Header, the post appears with some 20 views? When I go to my user profile, I can find the posting. So others can see the post but I am unable to do so? Where am I going wrong on this? Thanks.

I think Adobe should a make a mobile application for their forum support as its a big community for us and we easily want to connect with this and share our ideas etc. We need an easy and portable way to access Adobe Forum like Facebook and other social media.I hope Adobe will work on this too.

Hi all,Whenever I post a reply to a forum, I get an email notification of the reply that I posted.  I end up thinking that it's someone who replied to me, when in reality, it's just showing me the post that I just made and notifying me that I just made a post.  How do I stop it from telling me that I just made a post, and only let it notify me if someone else makes a post other than myself?

Apparently adobe has a requirement now, and is making an ASSumption that everyone has a cell phone.  I do not. NOT EVERY ONE ON EARTH HAS A CELL PHONE.    Now what? I need help and I can't reach them.   I FIND THIS REPREHENSIBLE. I'VE BEEN ON PS SINCE PS3 AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DO.... ASSUME EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE. SOME OF US DON'T NEED ONE.

I had a very unusual discussion with a single moderator on the Adobe systems discord. I won't go into it here but I reported the moderator. I requested the chat logs be pulled and the situation looked into. Before any of the other moderators saw the complaint the moderator in question messaged me furious and said she was going to ban me because I reported her and she did so. Locking me out and preventing me from both following through with my complaint and accesing the server.  I really enjoy the forum and would like to continue my work there. What recourse do I have?

I have noticed that each user has a rank. I see some as "Advocate" and others as"LEGEND". What do these mean? Which is a higher rank and what are the other ranks? How does one achieve their rank and how does it help me to know? I have been unable to find any info on the site. 

We have a number of forms that were created using Adobe Livecycle and when moving to Windows 10 were advised to use AEM Forms Designer, as Adobe Livecycle was no longer supported. The Adobe Livecycle forms had enabled extended features in Adobe Reader as the forms are shared on our public web site for downloading. The user completes the form (using Adobe Reader) and emails it to us. We have now discovered that when we try to edit the original forms in AEM Forms Designer that the enabled extended features in Adobe Reader are no longer supported. Please see message below when we import one of the forms into AEM Forms Designer. We can edit the form using AEM Forms Designer but the option to save the PDF with enabled extended features in Adobe Reader is not available – it was previously available in Adobe Livecycle.Can you please advise how we can create our forms are fillable and saveable in Adobe Reader?Best regards,Martin

I can't use the forum with the Safari browser because of the 'tag your posting' system. The option to tag your post doesn't show up in the browser so I can't post. I don't have any extensions on in Safari. 10.15, Safari version 14.

In this forum website, the Signature does not post properly at the end of the main post.There is no space or symbols between the end of the text and the beginning of the Signature so its difficult to distinguish the main post from the signature.Also, the bottom several pixels of the last signature line are chopped off, eliminating the bottom extensions of "g's", "j's", "p's", "q's" and "y's."

It turns out a question I asked had an answer if I had been at all intelligent.  I wanted to delete a comment in the thread of my question, or delete the entire thread.  I expected that "Delete" would be one of the options that appear when I click "... More".  However, all I got when I did that was a skinny, empty rectangle.  It appeared to be a popup menu that had no options.  Please fix this. I tagging this post with "Bug", but it's a but in this forum, not in PhotoShop or any other Adobe product.

I just created a new account here, as I can no longer log into the support community forum here usingmy main account (Email Address Removed by Moderator). Whenever I click on the "Logon" button in the upper right and enter my credentials, I get forwarded to the main community page without being logged in.I tried from 7 different computers and devices, clearing cache and cookies, all the same.But when creating a new account, it works, so I guess it must be related to my account, not a browser or technical issue from my end. Can anyone from Adobe please check what is wrong with my account "Again Removed by Moderator" so I can access my private messages and post again on the forums?Thanks,Tobias

Today I received an e-mail notifying me that I have a new rank in adobe support community. I clicked through and learned that two people had replied to a thread I had started. I did not receive any e-mail notification that there were replies. I have checked my spam folder and did not find any notification.
