Vertical ellipsis has been broken in Korean text since Photoshop 26.11

I’m having the same issue reported here:

This started in Photoshop 26.11 and is still present in 27.9. When using the Vertical Type Tool, the ellipsis (…) stays horizontal. It varies by font, but affects most Korean fonts I use.

In the attached image, Sandoll Myeongjo and Sandoll Gothic work correctly, while RixSinGo and RixAirSans do not. The same fonts worked correctly before 26.11.
