Hello Dear Adobe Employees! I have a payment question! I activated my student license Adobe Creative Cloud for 19,50€, thats okay.. but from 8. 10. 2022 im paying 23,99€ monthly for something i dont know why?? first payment was 10.8.2022 with title Adobe Il Cloud Trial, then 8.11 and 8.12 it is Adobe Il Creative Cloud... but i dont even have it in my purchased orders in Adobe, so i cant cancel it, so im paying 19,50€ + 24€ every month.. why?! please, i want just my Student license Adobe Creative Cloud for 19,50€, not the second one for 24€... PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM asap!

is it legal to buy adobe creative cloud all apps for 4 users for business use in india? i have a small business of printing press and adobe creative cloud all apps for business is expensive for us. theres no use of extra features of business plan, i dont want all to be linked with 1 email. so can i do it?

I got played for $170 from Adobe. Well played. Did the trial, canceled before it ended, noticed 4 months later I was still being charged $20.99 a month still. Tried to cancel and theres a $95 cancel fee. There was never a mention that they still charge you even if you cancel nor did they mention a cancel fee. Absolutely disgusted. I just wanted to try it out. Literally used Adobe Premier for like 20 minutes and decided it wasn't for me and here I am paying $170 for 20 minutes of use. Will never use Adobe products again unless I'm refunded and compensated. However, considering how shady this scam was, I will not expect a refund from them. Worst part is they probably don't care and will give me a generic message that will end with my complaint archived. [abuse removed by moderator]    

I am baffled.  Today I bought the most recent of several versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements on a website that appears to be Adobe's.  I have an email acknowledgement and a separate email instructing me to download the software and listing my license number.  Both emails are sent from "storemanager@adobe.com" as they always have been.  My bank believes it paid Adobe.  The invoice I received indicates it is from Adobe. But upon trying to activate the new software I was refused and told the license is revoked.  I phoned the company's line, but got a New Year's Day message that the office is closed.  All of the online resources to resolve this issue are dead ends. I've been paying for my Photography Plan since November 2021. But if I go to cancel the plan, I am told there will be a cancellation fee of $65. But on Adobe's site, it says that after 12 months there is zero charge. So why am I being told I'll be charged this cancellation fee? I have tried to find a way to contact Adobe about this but their Support page does not offer a way to contact support agents. Dreadful UI.

Hi, Just thought I would ask a question regarding the student discount. I am currently signed up with Creatureartteacher.com Aaron Blaise is a professional artist/teacher and animator who used to work for Disney. I am learning a lot through the 600+ hours of videos and online classes he offers through the website. Would this qualify for the student discount? I am exploring digital media now and it's quite costly to start up and the creative cloud would be a great place to start while I learn. thanks in advance. keir. 

Hi,Can someone please tell me why Adobe has increased its monthly payment from £24.96 to £49.94!? That's a huge increase and I wasn't even informed. Just a shocking bill at the beginning of the month. And is there a way to simply just purchase three of the apps?

Just spent over an hour trying to get help figuring out why my personal credit card is being charged monthly for an account that I don't have access to. It was the worse experience ever with online support from any company.  I'm so mentally exhausted that I can't even finish this post. Long story short, Adobe corporate...yall gotta do better. Even after confirming that my personal credit card was being charged to this account that I don't have access to, the support person refused to send ME an email confirmation of the refund and cancellation of the mystery account that he promised.  He kept repeating that he would send the notification to the email address listed on the account...even though he knows it's not me! I just want my refund and to cancel the account. This is so bad because I really like Adobe products and use them all the time with my company's subscription. I have a website design business and would love to use the products personally but this did it for me

Hello,It's impossible to change the country and my VAT number in the payment method tab. I used to be in France and now I am in Cyprus. They say we should contact Customer care but there is no email, no chat, nothing to contact them???Someone can help? Thanks

I have a yearly subscription for the creative cloud that's paid monthly and i'm looking to cancel it before it renews in January. At what point is it possible to cancel without paying the early cancellation fee? Do I have to wait until it's about to renew or do I cancel earlier?

Befoere we start: Yes, I looked at the various forum and Q&A entries that detail chaning plans etc etc but none of them cover this isssue. How do I reapply my education status (Studen) discount?I reconfirmed my education status with Adobe (October 2022) but the discount has not been applied. The email I got when reconfirming says I should reach out to Adobe customer support to reapply it. (Spending 30min trying to find a way to reach out via email, chat or whatever - none of these options do in fact seem to exist or are hidden away - is a glorious waste of my time.)

Hintergrund: Meine Nichte 15 J. möchte sich gerne in Illustrator einarbeiten. Ich habe im Internet gesehen, dass man das angeblich für 5,95 /Monat auch nur ein Programm abonnieren kann - ich finde aber nur das gesamte Creative Cloud Programm für 19,95 €.Meine zweite Frage: kann ich das Programm für sie abonnieren, so dass die zahlung von meinem account abgeht und sie das Programm nutzen kann?Für eine rasche Beantwortung wäre ich dankbar.MfG Andrea

I'm concerned about an auto install. By mistake i installed on my laptop Substance 3D Stager. I deinstalled instantly, not even run it once. Now i'm concerned about subscrition and extra billing when the trial will end.Another concern. Can i reset the trial, don't know if i will ever want to test it in the future, but because i startet the trial by mistake, after 30 days from now i will no longer be able to test it.Can someone help.Any tip is greatly appreciated. Very disappointed in Adobe. Don't get me wrong - functionality of it is excellent, I used creative cloud for an year and now I would like to cancel the subscription. Adobe sent me an reminder email about subscription renewal starting January 2023 charging US $29.99/month plus Tax/VAT. Past two days I have tried to cancel my Adobe subscription, but no luck. As if the whole customer support has been set up on the loop just keep taking you on same help page over and over again. I read other post with people facing similar problem. DO I NEED TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD TO CANCEL ADOBE SUBSCRIPTION?
