Is there anyway to receive a partial refund if I stopped using adobe services a while back but still got charged for it? I used adobe (mostly for premiere pro) for about 4 months and then after that I never used it ever again. Then for the next months 6 months I was constantly being charged by adobe and didn't know how to cancel my subcription, the montly cost was $17 which was a pain, but recently I was charged 44$ and it put me in the negative :'' ( I'm kinda broke.In school and money is tight, would love to hear back!

Hi, I have had an Acrobat Pro licence for the last two years and it has recently expired.  When I go to renew it I am told that I already own it and the purchase cannot proceed.  Why?? 

As you can see, I bought Acrobat 2020 in 2021 and paid a pretty handsome sum for it, as I needed it as a student of law.As time goes on, I have replaced hardware and always uninstalled it and sanitised my drive before reinstalling the OS. Now, here lies a problem. The remaining laptop I had died, right in the middle of an exam! On that laptop, there were three accounts, all on the same machine. The problem is that every time you add Adobe to the account, it thinks it is a new machine. This is incorrect and is a serious flaw in the software development.The manufacturer, ASUS (whom I will never recommend again), deleted the data I couldn't access due to a motherboard failure and the installation of a non-removable NVMe drive, which I didn't know until I came to remove it. Does anyone know the email or number for UK customer support? I can no longer afford my subscription and its trying to charge me £300 to cancel when this was not mentioned clearly at all when I got the subscription. Or if anyones had a similar issue what did they do?

today all my apps were signed out with the explanation that my license is being used by multiple users. But that’s not true. Two devices are signed in online with only me as a user, which is allowed. I received several messages saying that Adobe would change my password if I didn’t take action. Unfortunately, a support contact wasn’t able to help. I was told to sign out of all devices and sign back in, and then everything would be fine. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I’m pretty angry now. I wrote to them again. Sadly, the support is a disaster as well—they’re barely reachable. For me, the messages started appearing after the last major update. I think Adobe changed something about the license check, and there’s probably a bug in it. I can imagine that this might be the case here too… it doesn’t really help, but it shows that others are having account problems as well…

I just started Adobe Pro free trial on November 18. It was saying first charge will be on November 26. As soon as I started the free trial I was charged from AED115.50. No billing history is showing on my account. I cancelled my free trial, but still nothing shows about refunding. I request to get a refund of the charged amount.

OKAY GUYS Im a 14 year old student and I paid to have acrobat for a project and stupidly I deleted the entire app after I was finished with it. So I didn't pay it any mind to it, thinking the payments would stop. I dont really know how longs its been but im at -$40 in my bank account which isnt a lot but still as a teenager when I saw that I had a small panic attack. Today I went in to try and cancel my subscription but they want me to pay over $100 that I dont have and honestly don't think I will have by the time they take more money from my account so I just really need help because I have no idea what to do 😭 SO PLEASE

Im Juli 2025 habe ich einen Abo-Gutschein gekauft, der Code wurde akzeptiert, die Laufzeit (bis Juli 2026) aber sofort gestartet und nicht auf das aktuelle Abo das bis Nov 2025 läuft, angerechnet.Ausserdem bekam ich nun eine Email, dass mein aktuelles Abo im Nov abläuft.  I want to cancel my subscription but it says I'm locked into a yearly contract and it'll cost me about £110 to cancel now. I can't find where it tells me when the yearly subscription renews so I can cancel then instead - does anyone know?? Thanks in advance 

I am having trouble accessing my account. Every time I try to delete my subscription, I can't access the page. I want to delete my account also, I can't properly use it because of so many errors.

I was looking for a way to request a refund and it didn't seem possible but I saw others come here so I figured I'd try as well. I had purchased the after effects free trial with the intention of using it until it ended then likely keeping it for a month or so. However, it wasn't compatible with my computer, and while I was waiting to see if I could fix that, I was charged for this month. It totally slipped my mind that the trial was up and I have since realized that it is definitely not possible to use with my computer. I was really hoping I could get a refund, as it's just one month and the service has not been used at all.

I signed up for a free trial for adobes pdf editor and canceled my subscrition the day after, I was still charged 7 days later and since theres no way to call I'm here. Is there anyway To fix this?

Hello adobe,I need some help with a refund issue. I made a payment for Adobe Premium using my iPhone through Apple Pay and was charged $17.99. After purchasing, I realized the plan doesn’t include the desktop app, so I upgraded and was charged $34 for the monthly plan. During the upgrade, it said that the $17.99 would be refunded, but I haven’t received the refund yet. Has anyone experienced this, or can Adobe support help me get the refund processed?

Yes, very much still does not open, neither on PC nor phone (Wifi disabled). Everything else seems to work just fine. Only "Plans" shows a spinning circle forever.
