Hi, I'v got the following message in SAP when i try to print a PDF and use the adobe printer and/or microsoft print to pdf :  Could you help me ?  I'v try to install the latest version of Adobe Reader x64 and x32.

I received emails with an attachment to a pdf file, but the pdf file in the two files mentioned is a txt file format, and the other file type is PDF. When I downloaded the attachment, the PDF file did not load and open, so how can I combine it and open it in the PDF?

Hey all, I have a file with mostly colored backgrounds (and some pages with images) and a white font. I've used "Accessibility" to change the document color options to custom colors(white background with black text). However, whenever I try to print, it defaults back to the old settings. How do I make those changes not just for the display/view option but applicable when printing? Or is there another way to do this?

I cannot create pdf files from Excel. I enrrolled to free trial of acrobat, then decided I didn't needed and now I cannot use the option of 'Print to PDF' or 'Save as PDF' which used to be available before

Bonjour, J'ai quelques clients qui rencontrent un problème avec Adobe Acrobat Reader. Quand ils veulent imprimer leur plan d'architecte via Acrobat Reader, la prévisualisation est totalement normale, mais à l'impression les couleurs sont comme "inversées", comme en "négatif". Leurs plans en fond blanc avec les lignes et texte en noir s'impriment en fond noir avec les lignes et le texte en blanc. Déjà testé : - Réinstaller Acrobat Reader- Réinstaller l'imprimante- Imprimer en tant qu'image (Ce point fonctionne mais ne permet pas d'imprimer en noir et blanc, uniquement en couleur)- Imprimer depuis un navigateur Web (Imprime correctement) Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution ? Merci d'avance !

Hi All, Is their documentation on the ARM workflow end to end? I am trying to debug a 1612 error to find out whats going on. I've turned ARM (Below) and MSI verbose logging on(No details). This is a install from Windows Store but trying to use the Adobe Updater to update the application. So far I can tell:1. File download to the users temp folder  C:\Username\App Data\Local\Adobe\ARM\<FOLDER>\(MSP + Manifest file).2. Files are moved to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Arm\<Build>. Can see the MSP folder but not the manifest file.3. Adobe in the tray exclaims the update failed, throwing a 1612 update error - The installation source for this product is not avaialble. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. It's likely a system policy from WDAC blocking this, i am peeling off the layers to find out where, its just a slow process. Can any further logging of the installation attempt be enabled, the Windows MSI logging isn't providing any output.&nb

HiI am a university student and used my university email to create my Adobe account when I grabbed a free trial of Adobe acrobat reader. When I navigated to the subscription page to cancel my trial so that it wouldn't charge me the subscription fee, it appeared with 'Enterprise Subscription' and there were no actions I could take. Initially, I thought this was fine, because it meant I wouldn't have to pay as the university must be looking after my plan if I couldn't edit it. However, while managing my finances, I found a $28.99 payment to Adobe.It is not fair to charge me while not letting me edit my subscription or cancel it!! Please cancel my subscription, or offer me support to do this myself, because I should not have been charged for it if it's under my enterprise and out of my hands. I would have discussed this privately but your support chat would not let me in because of my enterprise account, but this is not an enterprise issue. I suspect the app has gotten confused

The title says it all. I'm not the first to post this and I won't be the last, but this is an example of a dark pattern. When one searches for Adobe Reader, the prompt has tiny text to have the McAfee Security Scan Plus - but what's worse... IT'S SELECTED BY DEFAULT, requiring users to see it and opt-out explicitly. You've lost a lost of trust with me, Adobe. Please change this not to be selected by default. I don't know what contract you have with McAfee, but attempting to fool otherwise non-eagl e eyed users into having this bloatware installed alongside your product is immoral and wrong.

Hi all, this is irritating me already a decade or more,  still failing in all new versions and all never windows OS, incl. W11. If you are opening PDF files by clicking on them in file browser, first files are opened without issues, than it hangs and no other file is opening, it is hanged in the system I believe though system OLE, in acrobat executable as it is only the app having issue with this.The only solution is to close the reader - including all already opened files from various places which is very nasty. Why should I close all files I'm working with just to see the next one? Do you have the same experience, any hints? Thank you,Ladislav

I have form S-240 downloaded on my computer to be able to fill out and send to the WDOR. It is stored as a PDF. In the past I could access the PDF file and make the changes needed to send the information. I now am instructed to update Adobe Acrobat to be able to edit the S-240 form in pdf. Is there a way to be able to make the changes in the current form as I have done in the past?

Hello all, there is an issue that has been elusive for me and others with Adobe support commonly telling you to repackage the software to resolve Adobe Acrobat to not function as both pro and reader with one app deployment. However, I've found out recently that this can be resolved by editing the following registry key to a value of 1 instead of 0. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\Key = bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedExValue = 0 CHANGE TO  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\Key = bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedExValue = 1 I will note that we stumbled upon this because we ran into an issue after swapping our licenses to enterprise-based licenses, which caused two Adobe accounts to be created, thus defaulting to the personal account that had NO Adobe Pro access instead of their enterprise account that did have the correct licensing.  Appropriately we plan to either delete the personal

Under Printers & Scanners, I open the Adobe PDF Printing Preferences. I uncheck Rely on system fonts only. I save the changes. It prints a few emails correctly and at some time later I get the error that it can't find required fonts. I open the Preferences aind Rely on system fonts only is checked again.

A lot of posts for this error but still no resolution!Latest, on June 23, 2021 AnandSri and MeenakshiNegi posted that there was an update released for Acrobat and Reader DC (version 21.005.20054) that addresses this issue [Solved: Adobe Reader Error 10:10 (IE 11) - Adobe Support Community - 12104919]I now have vesion 21.005.20060 and still the same issue. The files are perfectly accessible with other tools like Microsoft Edge browser or iOS Acrobat Reader on iPhone (here only "Liquid Mode" has a problem).Sorry, if I missed some newer updates for this problem... Hello everyone. I have had an Adobe DC subscription for years. Since yesterday, every time I want to fill out a form for a PDF document, the field to fill out is blocked and does not allow me to write in it. For work, I need to draw up contracts, fill out official forms, etc., so I need to know what is happening and how I can fix it. Sample attached. Thank you so much!

Hi, I would like to put the certificates tools permanently to the RHP, but it simply don't work to me. I have read the documentation about the "Tools customization" but that did not help. My Adobe Reader version is 2023.008.20555 x64 hungarian:I don't have the "remove shortcut" option shown in the docs (neither have an add shortcut option).I tried the registry way to add the tool at the toolbar, but that did not help and after I close the Adobe Reader, my registry entry simply disappears from the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AcroApp\cFavorites" key. If I understands correctly, I should put here a REG_SZ type entry with the name a2 (I have now a0 and a1 only after disabled the tools behind paywall) with the value of "CertificatesApp". And I have to put under the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cAcroApp" key a REG_DWORD entry with the name "bDisableAcrobatShortcutCustomization" and value of 1.It doesn'
