je viens de charger acrbat reader gratuit et dés le chargement terminé il ouvre le programme et lorsque je veux ouvrir le fichier bienvenue il bug et me dit qu'il s'est mis automatiquement en mode tactile et je ne peux plus rien faire à part relancer l'ordinateur

Hey guys, my colleague and I have this issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, whereby whenever we tick the box "PRINT IN GRAYSCALE (BLACK AND WHITE)," to enable grayscale printing, our printer prints in colour (pink, to be exact).  We have no issue with this when we use it on another program, so it's not the printer issue. Can someone help us to fix this issue? Thanks.

Hello,I have a problem with printing pdf via Acrobat Reader. Chrome, edge, and others all are ok, but I can not switch to chrome because this program is used by my client (licency), so I have to make it work here.When I print PDF (9+ pages; generated via puppetter/chromium) using Acrobat Reader, always after few initial pages which are ok, suddenly printer starts to print empty pages or with missing elements (added screenshots).I found out that it is not happening on all printers (for instance my coworker got epson printer and everything is ok - but it is like one printer working vs 10 with printing problems).I thought that it could be a new release problem so I checked AR version from September 2020 but problem still exists. Then tried to update AR, tried to reinstall printer drivers, PC turn on/off (of course), reinstall AR. Nothing works.Has anyone encountered such a problem? Or have any idea why this is happening?I will appreciate any help!!In attachments:- three jpg photo examples

I'm wanting a good file reader for my emails.   Does Adobe have that?  I haven't used Acrobat Reader for a while, so I don't know if it will do the job.   Just asking your opinion.  A new file reader costs.Thanks.   Dianne.   severs54@eastlink.ca 

After a recent windows update, I can't print a jpeg to PDF without 3/4 of the middle printing white.  Help please

I'm trying to save some files in Adobe Reader DC v. 2100120145 but everytime I select "save as..." it pompts with a Windows installer "Preparing to install..." prompt and just hangs there. Program have been uninstalled > Rebooted > reinstalled againRepair option have been triedRan Adobe cleanup tool > rebootWindows installer started/stopped (no effect) Running on Windows v. 20H2 Anyone has any ideas for a fix ? Thanks for your help.

I am tired of having the auto-fill suggestions appear whenever I'm typing something into a document.  I've been looking online, and everyone says to go to Edit > Preferences > Forms and turn off auto-fill.  The problem is, my auto-fill IS turned off, and I'm still getting suggestions!  How do I make this stop?  It's really annoying, and it's constantly resizing the zoom because it's pulling previously typed fields that were really long, so my zoom will go from 100% down to 30% and I have to keep fixing it.  It's really annoying!

Documents printed with Microsoft print-to-pdf (Windows 10) are properly rendered when the user is in the US.  Users in Brazil get expanded letters that run together.US:Brazil:The problem also occurs with a different print-to-pdf (PDF995).  It seems to only happen on the PCs in Brazil.  They have Windows 10 Pro and Office 365.  Any help or ideas appreciated.

I need to create a PDF that contains active links, but I cannot find information on how to insert hyperlinks into a PDF document.  Can anyone advise? 

I need Japanese Language fonts for Adobe Acrobat DC.  They are there for Adobe Reader DC, but not for the paid version on Adobe Acrobat DC.  Where can I find this for version 21.001.20140.30039?  Thanks in advance. Aflac Admin

I know this topic has been covered extinsively in the past, but none of the solutions worked in my situation.  I'm running Windows 10 with all updates and Acrobat Reader DC on a month-old laptop.  Acrobat worked as expected until this morning.  Now, the Search feature does not work.  CTL/F does nothing.  Clicking the Search tool icon brings up the search text box, but no input is allowed.  I have Disabled fast find, purged the cache contents, uninstalled, run the Adobe Registry tool cleaner, and reinstalled, then checked for updates  (none were found), and ran the repair utility.  This happens with multiple files, all of which allow Search in Chrome and Edge.  There has been no Windows update since Acrobat Reader last worked.  This issued is not addresssed in the Known Issues for REader DC.  Below is my installation info:Reader DC version 2021.001.20145, File Version 21.001.20145.32109, AGM Version 4.030.00106, CoolType Version 5.0

Hi. I try to print booklet of 40 pages. Size A5. PDF file. I use Acrobat Reader and paper sheets size A4. Four pages per one paper sheet. For examle on face side of first sheet pages 40 and 1, on the other side of first sheet pages 2 and 39, and so on. Pages 1 - 20 are OK, but for some reason pages 21 -40 moved 5 mm to the left (to the middle of sheets).What i did wrong? What should I do?Tnx in advance

Lately, when I type in Adobe forms in Hebrew it doesn't type the Hebrew fonts - it type sort of windings. How can I fix it?  

Reader DC version: 20.012.20041.1044in previous versions in measuring tool mode i could select a measured area and I could see the total area and the scale that had been used. Now in measuring mode i can't select the box (the cursor does not turn to a pointer cursor).  I can select the box in comment mode and see the total measurement but not the scale used.  

In a dynamic stamp, I want to print last month / year (mm / yyyy format).I know this javascript to print current date : event.value = util.printd("dd/mm/yyyy", new Date()); What should I use to get last month + and year ?If the stamp is used on april 12th 2021, I should get "03 / 2021".If used on january 5th 2021, I should get "12 / 2020" Thanks in advance for your help

HiGiven LiveCycle has been discontinued, when will Acrobat Reader stop supporting the XFA forms LiveCycle was used to create?I can't find a roadmap or documentation so am very concerned that a new Acrobat Release will mean my XFA forms are redundant.   Upgrading to AEM forms is not an option.Many thanks.

I am unable to add additional files from my computer using AdobeSign through Adobe Reader. Note, its only when I select "More Options" first then try to add additional files. The blue button for "Choose Files from My Computer" doesnt do anything. It does allow adding of templates.  Ive tried: Logging out and back into Adobe in Adobe Reader. Uninstalling and reinstalling, then logging in.  Thank you for any suggestions. 

So I downloaded Adobe eader DC w/chrome extensions (Using Chrome instead of Edge) and it wouldn't allow me to print a pdf to my printer, on My windows 10, Dell 5400 Desktop. I tried with my local support channel who couldn't figure out why so I uninstalled and reinstalled without Chrome extensions and we're back to printing again.Any suggestiong? Have you had this happen before? This just started a few days ago when the last update happened. Thanks, Cindy 

I have changed my password for Adobe 4 times in hopes of getting past the authorization page on my iPad, I have tried 3 different devices, everytime I try to download a book it makes me log in to Adobe, I can successfully log in and change my password, but when I'm on the authorization page just before I can download the book, I get "username or password is incorrect"

Hello!I'm having a problem I cannot find the answer to.  We have a few new HP ProBooks that I've recently staged.  As part of the installation, the laptops either have Office 2007 or 2010, and Adobe Reader X.  In a new PowerPoint file when I try to insert a PDF (Insert Tab->Object->Create From File), I get the following error:"The Server Application, source file, or item cannot be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application."Previously, I got this error when choosing "Create New" from the Object menu also, but following the instructions about Protected mode at the link below seems to have resolved that problem. A PDF generate by a software shows, when opened in Adobe Reader DC Continuous release | Version 2021.001.20145 garbage characters. If I open that same PDF document in Chrome it shows the text correctly; if I select some text that seem garbage and paste it in Notepad , the text is also shown correctly. This situation started to occur recently without changes to the software that generates the document. Also, the same file in my PC with the same Adobe Reader version, is shown correctly and Can anyone shed some light on this???
