Acrobat Reader Mobile

Recently my Acrobat Reader V201111519 has stopped working on ym Android Phone Ver9 Oxygen 9010. I have reinstalled twice rebooting each time Does anyone have adcvice?Thanks

I've been using acrobat reader on my iPad for about six months. It worked out perfect when I open PDFs from google drive. But now, when I try to do the exact same thing, I found my PDF with only the first page. Other pages are still in the file, but they are completely blank. I am sure my Acrobat reader is the latest version. What can I do to read the whole file?

Hat sich erledigt - hab die Lösung selbst gefunden! (über Drucken)Leider ist mein Englisch sehr schlecht und ich hoffe das mir auch jemand auf Deutsch weiterhelfen kann. Ich hab mit der Adobe-Scan-App auf meinem Samsung-Smartphone Dokumente gescannt und in der Acrobat for Samsung App in der Document Cloud gespeichert. Dann wollte ich diese in der Online-Anwendung vom Jobcenter hochladen, aber es gab keinen Zugriff auf die Document Cloud, aber auf die Eigenen Dateien. Deshalb hab ich versucht sie von der Cloud dahin zu kopieren, aber nicht rausgefunden wie das geht. Ich hoffe es kann mir jemand schnell helfen, da es sehr dringend ist. Vielen Dank im voraus.

Hi, I have a form that is required to be filled out by new members. I want this to be done on an iPad. I have the form prepared and the customer can fill it out however when it comes to saving this file as a new file everything falls down. I want to save this altered (filled out) form as a new file with a new name and leave the original intact to be used again to create more filled out forms. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It is very difficult to open pdf files from a mobile phone, after reaching a certain page, almost all blank pages appear, not opened What's the solution?

My company would like to prevent the Acrobat Reader, managed by MS Itune, from storing data on the local drive in iOS.Use-Case:We use OneDrive managed by MS Itune to store and access our business data on iPhones. To read/edit/create PDFs, we want use Adobe Acrobat. The issues we have is that it is possible to open OneDrive data in Adobe and store/export them on the local iPhone storage. Other MS-Apps like OneDrive don't offer the possibilty to store/export business data on the local Phone which is exactly what we want and need. Is it possible to configure Itune in a way, that Acrobat also can't store/export data locally? best

I have a problem when I opened the pdf file in iPad version Acrobat Reader. I has some weird symbol on each character. This issues is only on the iOS 13 iPad version. I using the other version Acrobat Reader to open same pdf file didn't have that problem.   Anyone can help. Thanks

I have purchased premium plan, but cannot resyore and use acrobat reader on my IOS xs max. and yes my software is up to date.my apple account shiws my subscriptions are active and okay.I checked my adobe account via desktop as well and that is okay.I deleted the accrobat reader app off my phone and reinstalled it. Tried to  restore purchase Same Error you must restore with the same apple id that you have purchased.I have purchased the plan  with the apple id that I wanted to m.I have checked everythings but always this acrobat brings and conncets and mix up issues which I have no clue.please ley me know if you can fix it or I have to find a differant solution.  Best rgds,Kevin

I have been using my Kindle Fire HD 7 to read/edit PDF files in the Document Cloud for years with great pleasure and success.However, I have a problem now. My files in the Document Cloud are fine. I can read them from my computer. However, when I go to my Kindle Fire HD 7 using the Adobe Reader app (which I have been using successfully for years) I can see a list of all of my files in the Document Cloud. But When I click on a file, it generates a sequence of negative numbers with lots of digits while it says "opening file x". Then it stops and reports the error message "The document path is not valid."Initially this problem was just for my new files that I added to the cloud. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.Then I had the same problem for ALL of my Document Cloud files!!Help!!!

App currently unavailable,is there another way to download it?

My acrobat adobe pro is not working on my I phone. I am subscribed but it does not open and let me edit or sign documents. It was working just fine til last week. 

Hello team, I am using acrobat on iPad and use Apple Pencil for marking on pdf. Whenever I use pen option for marking text I can't copy my marked text. But when I highlight some text I can copy the same text. Kindly solve the issue. Hope you get ,y problem.thank you.

Hi,When I open a pdf with adobe acrobat reader with android, I can sign the document. But when I try to sign the same document with the same app but on iOS, I don't have the blue circle with the white pen which allows to sign the document, even if i tap everywhere on the screen. Can you help me please?Thank you in advance

I’ve recently bought an iPad Pro (newest edition) with an apple pen, 2. Generation.I love working with the adobe reader app to highlight and scribble in PDFs for work, but with the new iPad highlighting doesn’t work anymore. My document is a full text pdf, not an image. The headers I can highlight, but inside the text body, the pen doesn’t react at all. To check, I’ve tried other apps that use highlighting in the same way and there it works fine with the same document. Still, I would love to find a solution for the adobe app, as it is my preferred editing tool.What could the possible problem be?Thank you so much!ps: after further testing, it seems that the only editing tool that is working is the freehand pen.Message was edited by: Hestia van Roest

I'm using version 20.02.00 (20200215.092048). I'm having issues. I'm working on a document, putting comments, underline, adding text, then suddently crash. All I did is gone. I star again, now I press done, so it can save. Go back to edit, then It crash, and all my work erases, even the one I did and press done.'I'm using 'iPad Pro 3rd generation 12 inch with latest iOS updates. please let me know how to proceed. thanks 

HiWe've been using Adobe Reader to allow our users to fill electronic PDF forms from our app by launching an VIEW Intent with a File URI.  This has been working fine until Android Nougat/7.  Strangely enough Adobe Reader doesn't seems to support EDIT intents, but still allows us to use a VIEW intent for form filling.   With Android 7/Nougat you are now required to use a Content Uri and a FileProvider to grant external apps access to your files in your app security sandbox.  We've made the changes to our code to use the FileProvider for API 24 and later.  Adobe Reader launches successfully and you can do form filling, but it seems to make a copy of the PDF instead of working on the file that directly that we grant Read/Write access to via the Content URI.What are the supported intent actions for Adobe Reader on Android?  Does it only support VIEW intents?  What about EDIT intents?  How can we get Adobe Reader to use the content URI we provide

Passwortgeschütze PDF lassen sich bei meinem IPhone X seit ca. 3 Monaten nicht öffnen. Bekomme Meldung dass die Datei beschädigt ist und nicht in richtigem Format. Wer kann helfen?

After the latest update the create link option when share a PDF no longer triggers the iPhone share app selection pop up window meaning I can no longer copy the created link in to an email this is a huge issue as I often need to attach photos and the pdf to and email. Further the link is not displayed in reader so I cannot copy paste it. If anyone has a work around for iOS that would great.
