Acrobat Reader Mobile

My Adobe Acrobat Reader app, on my Android phone, will not recognize my printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have rebooted my devices and nothing has fixed this problem. My printer and phone are working otherwise, so this must be an issue with the app. Can someone help?

Hi, I just wanted to highlight that I visited the Adobe Sign forum. I've found well over 35 neglected inquiries from Adobe customers and Adobe Sign users altogether ( I am almost sure there's more than that which probably date back earlier than December 2019). I was wondering if there are any corageous ACPs, MVPs, and Adobe staff available fro other groups to come and help get in the fight to help these users. Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to edit a pdf document from Dropbox app and Adobe Acrobat app is telling me it's unable to connect to Dropbox, this has been happening off and on for a while, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

It is now impossible to easily navigate thru the bookmarks with the new reader. We need a quick access button to change bookmark during the reading session.

I wonder why the hyperlinks to text anchors did't work in Adobe Acrobat on my iPhone?On my computer it is not a problem and with other PDF-readers is it also possible.The PDF-document is created in Adobe InDeSign.

I have nine (9) Apple iPads in the field using Adobe forms. When the forms are completed they are individually saved to their own DropBox Business Standard accounts. They are highlighting the Adobe file, selecting MOVE, selecting DropBox from the location list and selecting the DropBox folder to save the file. If the file is a duplicate, they are prompted to select either Replace OR Duplicate. If they select Replace, the original file is deleted in DropBox, but the new file is not replaced. Any thoughts?

Hey, I've been reading a Japanese manga, and the pages should be right to left. Unfortunately, I don't know how to read it right to left, so it's very awkward to read. Does anyone know how to reverse the page order?

I have not been able to load any of my PDFs. It says "opening file from document cloud" but never seems to open. When I originally used this app, my files were able to open pretty fast. I have re-downloaded the app, it still struggles with opening these documents. I have no idea if maybe I am just somehow doing something wrong? or what. It just takes so long to the point my phone screen goes to sleep, or I don't have time to wait anymore for it to open and have to close out.          [Title renamed by the moderator]

I am using a Galaxy tab S3 9.7 & running Android Oreo. I'm using Firefox. Whenever I try to open a pdf file, it opens Acrobat Reader. Then, when it tries to open the file, it says, "ERROR: The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it."I usually am not given a chance to save it from my bank's website.How do I solve this problem?

HELP! i have just noticed I'm getting charged for two subscriptions of adobe and I had no idea! im not great with technology and only subscribed for the cheap/month normal subscription. But I just noticed in my bank statements that o also had been billed for a completely different subscription of adobe for an entire year and I barely even use the 'normal' site! How the heck am i getting billed for this second yearly subscription, when the last thing a technology challenged person like me wants, is an extra bit of space taken up on my phone from something that costs an arm and a leg and isn't getting used, nor will it,  so I can pay out more money that I actually 'don't have' and hope that a real invisible money tree comes down a non-existent chimney for Christmas cause I won't actually be able to afford to live in a house at all!!!!  ivetried looking for a way to contact adobe but this is the only resolution or close to contact I've found anywhere to let them know that I

Good afternoon, I have the necessity to create a fillable PDF document which have to be sent to an Android device. This have also to be able to filled it out and save it (with a specific name) in a selectable folder on this device. I tried to create some buttons and assign to them fixed actions, but these work only on the Win PC, is it possible to insert a javascript in the buttons to allow the Android device saving the document with a name? On the Android device I use Adobe Reader downloaded from the Play store.Thanks to help me out here.

After a recent update on iPad , Acrobat Reader is failing to launch. I don't want to just uninstall and then reinstall the app as I will lose all of the documents I have stored there, including Lonely Planet e-books. Any help greatly appreciated. I have the latest versions of both the app and iOS installed.

I'm just wondering why I can no longer select more than 2 documents to share as I used to be able too.

Hi, i'm facing an issue with my Acrobat Reader for iphone/ipad. I just re-subscribe to acrobat premium for my ipad but i am not able to use the premium features as it always shows 'i need to subscribe in order to use the feature' i've tried to restore the purchase and it says "1 purchase was restored" but it still doesn't work.  

Hi I have already cancelled my adobe subscription and yet charge is being raised. Why is this happening?
