Acrobat Reader Mobile

After last update of the iOS app (9th December 2019) I was not longer able to open PDF create with "Any DWG to PDF Converter PRO" (http://anydwg.com).Same problem on different devices like iPhone, iPad or iPad PRO. On Android or Windows no problem. Previus converted files, with whom I had no problem, now they freeze the app.

Hello, Having a lot of problems with the Fill&Sign app at current. Recently, when I go to Google Drive through the Fill&Sign app, various folders and files just aren't showing up. It seems pretty much random - one day they'll be there and the next they won't. All the files in the folders are PDFs. Anybody else experiencing these issues? Our organisation will need to look for an alternative if this can't be resolved - so frustrating!

Hi,Is the app configuration keys for Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS listed anywhere? I am waiting to add them to our MDM server to manage the app when deployed to the device. How do I sort or re-order my custom bookmarks? I have like 50 and it's driving me nuts.

Me and several others using the adobe reader on the iPad are having issues with the original PDF documents. when saving it creates a recovered copy but the original does not revert back the original copy.

Hello i have adobe acrobat DC desktop, I sign in but don't actually sign in (keeps the "sign in" on top right, doesn't switch to the blue pie chart that indicates my account, can't access my signature. started happening recently after a password change and after I downloaded mobile app for iPhone. Don't know if this is relevant. thank you. ASB 

PDF file in not fully opening. The first two pages display but the rest are blank, does any body know how to fix this problem.  

Am on iOS 13.1.3 and acrobat reader 19.10.01. since updating to iOS 13 the shortcut copy to acrobat reader has disappeared. For example if I click a pdf in the mail app and click the send to button, there is no option to send to acrobat or to copy to acrobat. This worked fine in previous versions of iOS 

When tapping on create a Pdf on mobile app it keeps saying subscription error even tho I've bought the pdf pack for £7.99. Anyone know what's going on

Hi, recently had an issue where any PDF attachment would only open the first page of the document. It has since progressed to my iPhone brining other options to 'copy to' various PDF compatible apps including Acrobat reader. This was the only way to open the doc. Now, even though I have the Acrobat reader app installed, it is no longer an option to 'copy to' save or even open. anyone have a fix or answer? cheers,

I bought adobe for Mac, bought also one for my windows computer but was told that I'm not allowed to buy two programs for one household.Please give me options how to use adobe acrobat for my Mac and for a windows computer in ONE family. I'm astonished a little bit.

hi, I have been using Apple Pencil with Acrobat Reader on my iPad Pro 2018, and  I just found that I no longer can switch to eraser by double-tapping the pencil, which means I cannot erase things I wrote on the pdf files. I am pretty sure I could do it before, so I am wondering if you could help with solving this issue. FYI, the double-tapping function works perfectly with other apps, so I presume it's not because of the malfunction of the pencil itself.

Qualcuno mi sa spiegare perché studiando sul pdf con il tablet (dotato di penna) utilizzando la funzione aggiungi disegno per sottolineare a volte non mi prende il comando se imposto un colore troppo scuro o se il tratto scelto è troppo spesso. Quando clicco sull icona (con il segno della matita piccola) mi cancella quello che ho appena scritto. Non sempre, ma a volte lo fa e anche per un po', poi dopo vari tentativi si riprende. Perché? Grazie a chi risponderà! 

OneDrive wont open in Locations.via IOS app saying unknown error!

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with a distributed form. If I create the form (using prepare form in Adobe DC pro), and save it and send via  email it to a recipient, and they open it on their Pc/mac they can complete the form and click submit the form (on the top right of the doc)and it is returned and tracked and stored in the response file as is expected But if they open on a mobile device (phone/tablet ios/android they can fill in the form but there is no submit button, if I manually add a submit button to the form- tapping on this results in nothing happening - that is,no email client is launched or any action at all. How to remedy this issue? The key thing here is using distributed forms to track and collect responses having people manually send a copy of the completed form is no use as it is not tracked and data is not collected in the response file.

Hi my name is Nikita. I am having trouble using the Adobe Acrobat App Verison 19.9.010841 on my alcatel phone. A few of the pages go blank after saving and reopening document. Why is this happening and how can I fix them?
