Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello, when I export an english language full of text in images into Word the OCR doesn't work: no text available in the converted document, only images. The service level I bought is the basic, but it includes the OCR. Any idea on why it doesn't work as expected ? ThanksRegards

How do you copy/paste from Word document that has a text box?

Bonjour, Lorsque que je demande la conversion d'un PDF en word, ADOBE READER affiche systématiquement : Erreur de transfert.Le fichier n'est pas converti.Par contre, lorsque je ferme le logiciel, il m'indique : voulez-vous continuer un fichier est en cours de conversion. Mais rien ne se passe.Merci de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.

When I try to save a pdf file I get error message document could not be saved, problem reading this document 14

I have a scanned .pdf file in the Danish language. It is in portrait in my Document Cloud. I select the file to be exported to Word so that I can then do a translation to English after the Danish words are OCR'd. The file is created in Word in landscape format and only a few words are recognized.  Most of the file is turned into a picture.  The source file has 99% of the words in portrait format, but there are a few words printed in vertical in the margins.  I assume this is confusing the export conversion program. Can this be overidden?

I am trying to combine pdfs but get a conversion error. How can this be fixed? I've tried several times to combine 4 pdfs and each time it's giving me an error

Every time we try to use the send and track feature of the Adobe PDF pack, we get an email saying we have exceeded our storage. We went ahead and deleted a bunch of old files, but we keep getting the same error email. Why is this happening and what can we do to fix it?

Hi,When I upload a document to Adobe Send and Track, the upload goes just fine, and I can see the file 18MB in size. But under Sent I see "FAILED-edeelde bestanden" and the Link provided is not working. What could be the cause?Best regards,MEarlier we had received an e-mail that we needed to change our password. So I just did. After that, logging out and in, and uploading a new file, we still have the same problem.I removed some 30% of the uploaded files, and the problem's gone.It would be nice if we would be notified about the limit.

Hello all.  I'm having problems extracting information from a locked PDF.  It has a Contents page with a hyperlink to each section.  You can only get to these sections by clicking the content links.  When I attempt to export, it only recognises it as a 1-page document -just the contents page.  Can anyone really expert and kind help me out, please?  Thanks a lot!

Hi, When exportPDF this file ( https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/c3d2e801-a9f2-49fc-84de-03d81e202cd0 ) to Word, the OCR tool works for the first 50 pages but leaves the rest as not editable image.I've tried the "Convert the PDF to TIFF and back, and then rerun OCR" method but doesn't work either.Could you help me convert all those 1200 and so PDF pages in editable word ?   Thanks Nicolas

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  I pay for the ExportPDF to convert PDF to Word docs.  As of today this option is no longer available, but my ExportPDF subscription is paid in full until December. Help?

i currently pay for export pdf. how do i use this online?

I want to end my annual plan for Adobe Export PDF.  There is no 'cancel' option on the plan or my account. There is no phone number to call and no live chat to be able to talk to anybody.  I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro and no longer need the annual plan.  Your help is appreciated.

I converted several Genealogy files to PDF some years ago using ADOBE Acrobat 6 standard. I know the two passwords I used but the Adobe program disk will no longer open on windows 10  (disc error). I can open the PDF documents using the access password but have no apparent means of accessing the second password which permits of printing the document transferring to family tree program.

I purchased the PDF to Word converter and none of the text is being converted over to Word, just the charts. Can someone please help?

I can export with my firewall disabled, but with it enabled it uploads the file, converts it but I get an error when it tries to download. I have white-listed https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf already.

According to my Adobe account, I've been paying $23.88 for Adobe Export PDF, which is supposed to convert PDFs to Word. But every time I try to convert a PDF, it sends me to a pricing page so I can purchase the program, which my account info says I've already paid for.

Hello, I am working on a large excel. Some of the pages are not shown after converting to PDF. Some of pages are partially shown in PDF. Please tell me how to fix it. Just purchased the plan, do not want to waste my money
