I've purchased Export PDF's and I am unable to export anything because it keeps telling me to log in to Adobe Acrobat DC

Please give me some advice on what the issue might be concerning why I cannot access the Export Documents service I'm paying Adobe for. Every time I press the Export button it takes me to the Buy now or Activate Acrobat DC button. What do I need to do. Download something else?

Which service/subscription did you purchase Acrobat or Acrobat PDF services? If you bought the pdf service are you using Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro or Standard? Have you tried to log in to cloud.acrobat.com?
