Adobe Acrobat Online

When I was a student in my masters in 2013-2014 I used to sign in to Adobe through an ID on my Adobe Reader and once I had signed in I uploaded documents to a cloud.  I recently came back to my student account as I'm in a PhD and when I went to sign in the same way it brought me to a new login and to a different site that no longer has those documents and only has things I have recently put in there.  I'm a little out of touch with the developments here and was wondering if this is the same application (the "assets" thing seems new to me), and if there is a way I could retrieve the documents I had had back when it was just an Adobe ID login through Acrobat.  P.S. I have checked both the "document cloud" and "creative cloud" in both the personal and enterprise accounts that are linked to the only email account I've ever used with Adobe. 

I just bought a subscription to be able to convert PDF docs into a Word Document.  It's opening a Word document, but all the information is pasted as a picture.  No way to edit the information.  What can I do?

I have the hardest time trying to find the adobe sign on screen for converting pdfs to word.  When I try to login and access the service from an open file, I get an error message that states that there was an error signing in.  It takes me 20 minutes or more searching through google to find a way to login to get to the pdf conversion screen.  It is very frustrating...

i exported pdf to excel and the document wasn't exported properly

When converting from PDF to excel... all of the email addresses are converted incorrectly... how can I fix this? Also, it will not allow me to save the document

I pay for Adobe Export PDF, which I use through my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I have used it fine in the past to convert PDFs to Word documents. But for some reason, now I cannot even select Export PDF (or Create PDF, Edit PDF, Combine Files, Organize Pages) from the list along the right. When I click on "Export PDF," the arrow next to it (for a drop-down menu?) switches to up or down, but nothing else happens. Right-clicking and selecting "Open" also does nothing.I almost wondered whether I'd been locked out due to failure to pay, but no, I renewed with a new card and was charged back in July for a new year. And at the bottom right of the window, it says "Your current plan is Adobe Export PDF." What might be the problem?

Hi, I try to convert a PDF into word or excel, but after clicking the button "convert" I will be allway forwarded to the website with a pricelist for different products?! I am quite sure, that I have an abonnement, and that I am correct logged in?!

I have purchased the Adobe that would allow me to export my document but I have tried several time but a screen pops up asking to me buy or enter my activation key.

This concerns my adobe subscription. I want to know if it includes running acrobat dc on my PC desktop and a second copy on my Mac laptop. In other words, two different operating systems.

Thank you.  On my Toshiba laptop, when I open an IRS form, normally it opens so I can fill in the blanks.  On my Dell All-in-One, when I open the same IRS form, I get a standard PDF format which only allows me to download.  Why is this?
