Hi all,I have downloaded a technical document via chrome, it has opened in PDF format. the document is fine except for no pictures are visible?

I'm subscribing to convert PDF to Microsoft word.  When I tell it to Export to Word it gives me the subscription screen it stops and the subscription options. I click on the subscription choice and it tells me I already have the subscription as it should.   It worked fine last year but will not work this year.  I have paid for the service again in January but It will not work.  Does anyone have any idea what is going on or how to fix it?

I purchased Adobe Export PDF Annual 1/28/17. I upgraded from Vista to 7 and now it is not apart of my Adobe 8 applications. Why? How can I download the application?

I subscribed to the Adobe module enabling to transform a pdf file into MS-Word or MS-Excel. I made my first attempt with charts containing words and figures, all written in a usual font and well readable. The transformation was easy. But in Word as well as in Excel, the result was (1) well recognized frames in which (2) for each letter or figure always the same symbol appeared: a black rhombus with a white question mark. To change the fonts in the resulting files did not help. Can somebody tell me what is the solution? For this useless result I would cancel my subscription. Hello,We have pdf drawings that are sent out for signature approval. However if the "Apply layer overrides" option is checked by the customer all the hidden layers show on the drawing and this causes a lot of confusion for them. Is there a way to remove the hidden layers after the pdf drawing is generated and before sending it out for signature.I would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.Regards, Milena

I get boxes instead of type when I open some pdfs. It says Helvetica Bold is missing but I have that open in Font Xplorer X Pro - can't seem to find a way round this

I've bought Adobe PDF export a few months ago (18th Dec 2016), and it has been working well until recently. When I logged in to Adobe today, the product was not shown anywhere in my account page. What can be the cause for this and how can I use PDF export again?

I have a document signing program called ziplogix.  Once forms are signed I use adobe pdf combine to combine the documents. Once combined I email the document to another person. Although on my end everything looks signed when they get it some of the document signatures are gone. I am using a Mac. Anyone know why some signatures are gone and others in the combined document are signed?

When using Adobe Document Cloud and performing actions like exporting to MS Word or Excel, do the source files get submitted over the internet for conversion, or does the conversion happen locally?  I'm concerned about whether the actual file contents is transferred to the cloud during export.

I am using acrobat on my ipad along with fill and Sign app. love that I can fill in a pdf document but am having a hard time figuring out how to save it in a folder on my icloud so as not to leave the original with all the data in it.

I use the redline function of Adobe often and I used to be able to zoom in and put them EXACTLY where I wanted them, but now they JUMP all over the place and won't be exact enough for me.  How do I get them back to the old way where you could make them VERY specifically go exactly where you want them?

I want to fill out a lease with a form that I created.  Then send that lease for signature without the tenant being able to change any of the information, just sign it.  When I open the completed lease form, and send it, it leaves it open for the recipient to edit the fields in addition to signing the form.Any help would be appreciated

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2015 version, completely updated according to the program itself). When I try to upload a PDF document to the Cloud, after the sign-in screen I am then asked to add a mobile phone number. I don't want to add my mobile phone number, but the Skip option does not work. This means that I cannot sign in properly and therefore I cannot upload a document to the Cloud.

How do I get this to recognize and 0 / O and not interchange them?
