I want to cancel my membership AdobePDF pack. I do'nt come further than the same page without solution what to do?

Need assistance. It is converting my file online but not allowing me to download it. I hit the download button and it is nowhere to be found in my download folder or anywhere else on my computer. Was working fine just a few days ago and now not working. Please help.

When it indicates that there were previews of the file but the person at the other end indicates they can't open it I don't understand?  The engineering department of a company I sent CAD files to said they can't open it BUT it says at my end that in fact it was previewed?So I am confused!Thanks,Kathleen

I installed Acrobat Pro XI on my MacBook Pro.  When I open a pdf document, I don't have the Acrobat Toolbars on the document, i.e., Tools, Sign, Comment.  HELP!!!

I purchased Adobe Export PDF for a specific purpose - to be able to fill in PDF documents and print them.  The PDF documents I needed would not let me fill them in.  So, I am trying to find a way to cancel the order and get my money back.  Can anyone tell me how to do that?  Thanks.

Getting a Conversion Failure when trying to combine multiple PDFs into a single PDF?

When I tried to convert a file from PDF to WORD.DOC it opened as Read Only and I'm unable to alter any of the text.  How do I solve this problem?  I don't know how to change it from Read Only.
