When converting a word file into pdf , is there a way of how to decrease the size ( KB) of the file ?

Hi - whenever I access ExportPDF site, I get an error 404 saying file not found....I am using IE 8.0.7601 version.  I can see the page from my mobile device but not from my desktop.  HELP!

Why does the option to convert to jpeg not show up automatically in the menu bar? I have the Adobe PDF Pack and see others have this same issue.  I managed to save as a powerpoint then from there converted to jpeg, but it is not a good user experience to not have the jpeg option not automatically come up given the others do (i.e.: word, excel, powerpoint).  This is the main reason I purchased this product so luckily I took the time to play with it but I'd rather not have to waste my time converting it twice when it is promoted as being one of the benefits of buying this pack.

How do I reach a live person?  I do not have time for this way of contacting someone.  I already have a paid account that I have been using.  It now shows me as a free account and will not let me access my conversion of PDF to Word feature!  I have time constraints and no time for this!!

I can't open any uploaded file from Acrobat.com in Adobe Reader on Mac while previously I could it. when I want to access to my acrobat. com, empty and wite window coming to my mac screen. only I can save my files in Acrobat.com and open them directly from the site. What's the problem?

I have Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro.  I am trying to enhance/darken handwritten text in an old document I have scanned. to highlight the text which has fadedwith time.  In searching for edit text I was presented with an Adobe XI Pro add-on that I could purchase for $19.90 per month.Isn't this part of my Adobe Pro 11 package?Kind Regards,Shay

After selecting the PDF file to convert and I press the convert button it start to upload online and then it says an error occured while trying to upload and an "ok" button to acknowledge. Once the ok is clicked the action stops and no further communication is possible. I have tried this now 4 or 5 times with the same result. I have just created my account, paid and verified every thing. please help. Piet Prinsloo

Also get an error trying to log out of ExportPDF. I know this issue has been ongoing since last year. Does anyone have a verified solution? Thanks.
