I am unable to open pdf documents and fill and sign and also I get "failed to fetch" errors when I try to save a file. I get "Error: We cannot process this file because it is an unsupported format or is password protected."

Hello! I am having a problem combining files in Adobe - none are password protected and I'm just combining six pdf files none of which are large files. I have a paid subscription, and this is puzzling me as I have never had an issue like this in the past.

Hello,  I cannot access the "request signature" tool, I get an error message saying "unable to process  -  contact customer upport for help".   I am trying to do this through the website, not through the app.   After 2 hours with 2 different incompetent customer service agents, I am still unable to access this tool, whih is included in my plan (and they confirmed the plan is active). Also, this is just a renewal of an existing plan, so nothing should have changed.    

Hi, I'm having an issue with Acrobat cloud based PDF review. One of the collaborators interstate posts comments and often some of the comments don't come through. I can see that they have posted a note as it says "Typed a note" but the comment is empty.Today a person sitting 10 feet away posted a note and the same thing happened. They sent me a screen grab of what they see, which has a written comment and it's completely different to both the web version and the downloaded Acrobat version which I see and just says Person's Name "Typed a note". They're using Acrobat Reader and I'm on Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2021.005.20058 which is up to date. I'm on iMac, they're on PC.The collaborator has posted 16 comments and 15 have come through, only one has not.

How do i down load adobe acrobat XI pro into another computer?

I am converting power point documents to pdf and in ppt they have  black background. When they convert, they become a white background and unreadable.

If I change the name of a main folder, do the links in illustrator, break?I mean, I have a whole project in 1 folder and now in the end of the process, I want to change the name of it. Will it ruin all the links on the files I have inside the folder?

Hello Adobe Community, I have recently received an Email from Adobe Document Cloud that there will be changes in 19th of August 2021. My question is will Adobe automatically update my program? Do I need to manually update or install the program? Best Regards,Michael

Hallo zusammen, folgende Info von Adobe für Änderungen ab dem 19.08. an der Funktionalität für freigegebene Dokumente Online:"Wenn Sie einen Link zu einem Dokument freigeben, wird die Originaldatei anstelle einer Kopie für die Empfänger freigegeben. Um Änderungen an der freigegebenen Originaldatei vorzunehmen, müssen Sie eine Kopie speichern." Ich interpretiere es so, das es nicht mehr möglich ist, das mehrere User parallel an einem pdf arbeiten (Kommentieren, unterstreichen etc. als Korrekturlesung) und alle Änderungen in diesem einen pdf gesichert sind, um dieses dann an die Datenpflege/PIM zu übergeben.Kennt jemand eine Alternative hierzu?

Thanks for reaching back to me. Attached is an example of the problem I'm having. The last line on each page does not transfer to excel using the export tool.Let me know if I can do something different. It takes me a while to add up all the missing data sometimes.

Hi, I have a question about a shape/drawing created by a guest in an online PDF document. Someone drew a shape in out company's shared document as a guest, and now we cannot delete it. We also tried to open the document in offline Acrobat Pro, but we still cannot delete the shape. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a subscription for Adobe Export PDF which I wish to cancel. Your help information does not coincide with displayed options. There is no button or link to enable me to terminate my annual subscription. Adobe also hides ways to contact Adobe directly - instead choosing to send people to a forum. Locking someone in by subterfuge does not engender customer loyalty. I would like to receive clear, concise instructions as to how I terminate an automatically renewable subscription.Thank you.

Hi I am trying to cancel my subscription without success. I have spent the last 30 mins waiting for codes to be emailed that don't turn up, searching for links that clearly don't exist, phone numbers or means to contact help via Chat.  Adobe is clearly making it difficult for users to cancel their subscriptions. I am not sure I have come across anywhere on the internet a supplier that offers such an appalling approach where customers are treated with the utmost disrespect.  As soon as I find out how to cancel my subscription I shall never consider purchasing any product from this supplier and will actively discourage others to do so.In disgust,PGM

Waned to see if there was a way to monitor Adobe Pro DC usage, I'm looking to monitor usage so we can recover and reassign licenses not used to manage costs effectively for my organization.  Since it is cloud usage I've not found a way to monitor usage.  Thanks in advance

Hello,  I am attempting to extract from a fillable PDF all of the fields that are included along with their individual PDF Form Field Properties. For context, I am going to use this in a document that will provide requirements to an application that will be "filling" the PDF.  I know that I can extract the names of the fields. I would like to be able to extract the names of the fields along with other elements like: Limit of X characters, Comb of X characters, Validation, Field value is not validated, etc.  Is there a way to pull a full metadata pull for a form that includes this information?  Thank you in advance for anyone that may be able to assist me.
